New fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry with washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, 2 feature queen beds, the 3rd bunks to sleep 4. Huge dining table for family dinners, comfortable lounge area with open fire and split system heating/cooling. Outside deck with table seating for all and bbq to enjoy the summer evenings .
Sundrenched front deck to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Short walk to bay beach and Blairgowrie village. Short drive to Sorrento cafes and restaurants, bay and ocean beaches, golf courses, hot springs and wineries.

Perfect weekend getaway
Cozy, welcoming, well appointed, comfortable, private and quiet. Beautiful house that is well maintained with relaxed coastal vibe. The owners had thought of everything including comfortable beds, and ample cushions and blankets. Really enjoyable stay!

Perfect stay in Rye
Rita’s property was fantastic - exactly as described and more. We stayed with our 3 kids and grandparents and there was plenty of room. The shops a Blairgowrie are a nice walk and very close to the front beach for a swim. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculate home , all utilities available ( except wifi) however , an overall lovely place to unwind and a welcoming owner . Just a short walk to the foreshore at Rye .. beautiful !

Girls night away
My friends and I spent the night at Rita and Ross’ place and couldn’t have been happier. We went to a winery for lunch on the Saturday, had dinner at the Sorrento hotel then had breakfast the next morning at Blairgowrie cafe! Perfect weekend! The house was everything we needed - clean, comfortable, great location! Rita let us check in earlier which was amazing! Thanks very much for a wonderful stay!
