Extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment recently renovated and enjoying superb sea views. The apartment itself is within a short walk (5 mins) of the main ferry terminal to Wemyss Bay and is also close to all amenities that can be found in the town of Rothesay. 2 bedrooms with double bed, the other with bunk beds, which makes it ideal for family getaways, or couples alike. The stunning, professionally designed and installed kitchen diner with seating for six and a large tv is a welcome place to enjoy cooking or a glass of wine after exploring the many things to do on the island. Or you may even prefer to just relax in the beautiful ballroom sized sitting room, enjoying the warmth of the wood burner watching the smart 3d TV with many apps Inc Netflix You Tube and BBC I player. There is free unlimited Wi Fi together with a Blue Ray DVD. We supply all toiletries and linen tea coffee etc. There is a gents and ladies bike in cellar 3 or 4 and a full set of golf clubs should guests wish to borrow. This holiday let has 150 five star reviews and
we really take a pride in it and wish to give you a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful island. Many of our guests stay here year after year and I really appreciate their business. Bute is a wonderful island with many places of interest to explore including Mount Stuart which is a must. The beaches at Scalpsie Ettrick Bay and Kilchatten are beautiful and
extremely safe. We are so close to Rothesay beach you can hear the waves from the flat.
For those not travelling by car the bus stop is right outside our door and there is an open top tour bus that will take you round the island during the holiday season. We are very busy during the holiday season so best to book early to avoid disappointment.

A big quirky gem of a flat.
This flat was in a good location with fab views. Everything we needed was there and more. The log burners were so cosy after a day touring the island. Wifi, tv, beds all perfect. Communication with host good and access to the flat straightforward. I would 100% reccomend this lovely spacious flat and will hopefully return.

Property is in a great location to get about Rothesay. It was kept very well and very well stocked for our short stay. As a family with a dog we would happily use this property again when visiting family on the island. Owner was very good at keeping us updated on the lead up and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely sea view flat
We had an great stay! The flat was clean, cosy and convenient. IT was well equipped. We really enjoyed the wood burning stoves and were provided with loads of firewood. Gordon was very welcoming and easy to contact. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic appartment on beautiful island
This apartment was perfect in every way for it recent stay. It was the best equipped place I've stayed in, so much was thought of and available. The island itself was stunning and we had a great few days relaxing on beaches and in the apartment. The host was fantastic, very responsive to messages sent. Would 110% recommend staying here, we hope to be back!

Short family break
The property was great and had everything you would need. I liked that there was a common sense approach to cleaning items so we didn’t have to buy any washing up liquid , toilet rolls , bin bags etc - everything was there … the beds were comfy, plenty of hot water. The kitchen was modern. Photos were very accurate. It had a great view over the bay and easy walking into the centre. We met family on the island and we were able to have all round for a simple dinner and chat - our family stayed in a local hotel and said it was terrible - we were really lucky with our accommodation. if we came again we would definitely go back to this accommodation. great for our dog too. The owner responded very quick to messages and was on call if we needed anything..
