Beds were clean and laundry room was fine. shower was ok. general cleanliness was not good. Heaps of dead flies in room and many live ones. carpet was filthy. Paint peeling on bathroom floor. Needs a good cleaning. Outside of hotel pool area looks nice

Having to share the TV and microwave with the same wall socket. No shower curtain. The room just gave a feeling of it being "run down". Felt safe and close to supplies.

Clean comfortable accommodation. Rooms obviously refurbished in recent times, with modern facilities and amenities. Quiet, despite location on the highway. Easy and convenient check in process with codes rather than keys. Enjoyed my overnight stay!

24/7 check in is so convenient. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom needs an upgrade and need to give a bit more attention to cleaning. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Room is okay( the lady she said it’s deluxe), which has a giant TV and a giant shower head, shower head is way too big, and no exhaust fan in bathroom. Self check in, had couple times problem with the door code, but the lads she’s fairly responsive.

Disappointed that room wasn't checked thougholy, no tv or radio when we arrived to check in could not access room in heat of 38 was meant to be easy check in having to call to arrange once accessed put bags in and headed off returning at 10pm not a time to call to arrange a tv

The property is getting a makeover and we were lucky enough to score one of the refurbished rooms which was excellent down to the huge smart TV. Very comfortable, very high bed. Complementary toiletries. Sadly the great new shower didnt have anywhere to put your soap or shampoo bottle and the lack of door or curtain meant you had to be a little careful with the water. Otherwise and excellent room for a short stay. The txt with room no and key code also a great idea to expedite checkin.

I liked the quietness of the motel. The room we stayed in was very very old. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had no door or curtain so water went every where and the shower head was so calcified that there was a thick layer of white gunk covering the whole surface at least 3 millimeters thick! There was no fan in there either It was dated and dark green. I honestly wouldn't stay there again

I only stayed for one night, however when I go back to Kington SE I will stay there again for sure. The room was immaculate. Cleanliness of the room if I had to rate was 10/10. Very comfortable room.
