I paid for and expected a 4 star property and was disappointed at the get-go.. It was a 2 star airport stay like property where you should only spend the night. Service at the reception was slow and poor while checking in, had to provide my email ID even after booking the property online, and then had to correct the email ID as they had taken it down incorrectly. My Phone number was taken down incorrectly. Food was average. Only thing good about the property was that it was right next to bus stop and thats it. For over $240 per night, Wouldnt go back there ever again - very unlike any other accor properties that I have stayed at (Novotel and others).

The room was really good. Excellent location for those going to the races. Breakfast was really good.
