Narrow parking entry, and available for only if you pay extra. Too expensive. Parking entry so narrow that damage your vehicle. Micro dust piled on ductedd aircons everywhere. Not recommend for allergic peoples. Poor air ventilation.

Advertised bar and resteraunt only open for breakfast and it wasn’t that nice , understaffed and under trained staff at front counter gave me the wrong room to start not what I booked only moved because I picked them up on it . I had a simple request of fresh milk just a small jug as longlife makes me ill couldn’t be met . In fact the young lady although trying hard and friendly at the reception appeared to not even know what I was asking for “what is mik ??? “ she said her English wasn’t that good . Mini bar nothing in it not stocked 1 bottle of wine after 1 packet of chips . Beautiful facility but presently very poorly run . It’s obvious that costs are being cut would hesitate to stay in another Mercure actually would rather pay more for better service .

Front desk service was great, parking was easy and convenient. Room furnishings were modern, but there was water damage on the roof on our room and mould growing in one of the corners. Bathroom also needs a serious clean.

Unfortunately our stay was not up to the standard we have come to expect from this property. Upon arrival we noticed the floor was quite dirty with stains. As a booking for 4 people we were only given 2 bath towels and also noticed that the TV was broken and could not be used.

The access cards didn't work properly in the lifts, it wasn't just us, EVERYBODY was complaining about it. There were no USB ports in the room. The satnav didn't work in the carpark and by the time it got going we had gone in the wrong direction, not good in Sydney peak hour traffic.

The room was full of black mould on the windows curtains even the pillows were mouldy. Very dirty and dusty with cobweb’s through out. We also were put in a room right next to the building works next door. You would think with a hotel with 165 rooms you would put all your guest in the end without construction work next door with loud noises starting at 7am. No food options in the hotel other than breakfast very disappointed. Would not stay again

Stayed with my daughter to go to Harry Styles concert, pool and restaurant were great, supermarket just across the road. A very convenient bus had been organised to transport concert goers to and from. Macca and KFC just across the road and open. Very convenient and comfortable. Only downer was the shower in the bathroom flooded out being in a wheelchair accessible bathroom, and the place was a bit dusty.
