Convenient location, very noisy
When we arrived we got moved to a different hotel under the same name one street over, which was confusing but not a big deal. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The private bathroom was small but did the job, but the water pressure in the sink was almost nonexistent. The shower was good. The room was extremely loud, and since you have to pay extra for air conditioning, sleeping with the windows open was the best option. Sounds of traffic and nearby construction were so loud, it woke us up constantly and we are both deep sleepers. The room was clean, and the location convenient, only a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and 25 to the Colosseum. The wifi was fast and reliable. Overall a good choice if you're on a tight budget, but I would not book again

FRAUDE CRIMINOSA
TRATA SE DE UM GOLPE . Acredito que a HOTEIS.com não tenha conhecimento , mas esse hotel faz parte de uma MÁFIA CRIMINOSA . Compareci ao local indicado , 4 piso do número 13 da rua especificada no site da HOTEIS.com . Simplesmente o HOTEL NÃO EXISTE . Fui atendida por um indiano pouco distinto , que me insultou , quase me bateu , disse que lá é outro hotel e não tem nada a ver com isso . Mas nas paredes os lustres e o balcão da recepção são os mesmos das fotos . O local é um nojo . Desci ao terceiro andar , e me disseram que conheciam uma LAM GUEST HOUSE , na rua em frente , fui até lá , outro indiano me atendeu , disse que eu comprei LAM GUEST HOUSE DUE , e que lá era apenas LAM GUEST HOUSE. Em resumo , caí num golpe , o valor da diária foi mais de 400 reais . Minha mãe , de 67 anos estava comigo , Roma estava com 98% de ocupação , passamos a madrugada junto com os mendigos na calçada da estação TERMINI . Passei a pior noite da minha vida . Peço encarecidamente que o HOTEIS.com retire esse FRAUDE do site . Estou com medo de reservar novamente pelo HOTEIS.com . Pois fui olhar novamente , o hotel continua lá e com vagas .

Es un poco gitano
El hotel al ver el precio parece una ganga pero despues dentro no e slo que parece, esta mejor ambientado que el otro lam guest y esta mejor. Las puertas tienen una cerradura digna del siglo XVIII con llaves de armario que pueden abrir diferentes puertas. Por lo general es aceptable pero lo hay mejor, el barrio no acompaña pero por lo menos esta en el lado donde es menos gitano. Por el precio esta bien pero si quereis un poco mas de calidad subir un poquito el precio.

Una cosa piu orribile e abbiamo gia dormito una notte poi di mattina siamo usciti per andare in giro. Quando siamo tornati hanno spostati noi in un altra camera senza dire niente...senza informare. Hanno toccato nostre cose senza permessi.

EL PEOR DEL MUNDO NO VAYAN!!!!
El peor lugar de la vida, no refleja en nada lo que esta en las fotografías, esta super sucio, descuidado, los baños huelen horrible, las camas son una desgracia, estuvimos 4 noches alquilamos dos habitaciones y fue el peor error, deberían eliminarlo de su página solo les da mala fama a ustedes. Lo peor en verdad. Los de la recepción no pueden ni comunicarse con uno porque no hablan ni inglés que es básico en el ambito de los servicios y luego tenían confusiones con las reservas ya que tienen dos locaciones y nos querían enviar a otra cuando la reserva decía esta dirección, ademas el wifi no servía bien. Jamás volverían haganse un favor y busquen otra opción. LO ÚNICO BUENO ES LA UBICACIÓN
