We are sorry that you had such a negative experience, but you certainly did not describe our staff truthfully, who are very professional and courteous. If you wrote that the staff in general is rude you will certainly have addressed them in an arrogant way and aggressive.You booked the "small" room, we also have the standard ones which are certainly more comfortable.The bed and bathroom linens are kept clean as they arrive from the laundry, if they were shaded you could have asked for a change which we would have promptly done.
