The hotel’s receptionist was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease with our stay. The rooms are very clean and have a beautiful, unique aesthetic which feels modern but still has character. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are many options just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Advantages: the hotel is very well located in a quiet area and close to everything; the rooms are charming and comfortable. Disadvantages: the service was not great as the room was not ready upon check-in and the second room had malfunctioning appliances. The issue was resolved eventually, we were moved to a different room quite quickly and could settle for the rest of the stay comfortably.

We appreciated the location of this hotel. Close to all the variety of transportation. Michael at the front desk spoke good English and the dining for the breakfast was close and just right.

This property was poorly marked on a street that looks like an alley. We had to call the hotel to actually find out where it was, in spite of having an address. When we called at 10:30pm the phone was transferred to another number that was answered by a lay person not related to the hotel. Then we were given another number. When we finally got to the room, the bathroom had bugs crawling on the floor, the shower and sinks were dirty. We told the staff and they said "no one has ever told us that before"! We told them we did not want to stay a second night because of the condition of the room. They still charged us for the second night in spite of not staying there. Expedia gave this hotel a good rating and it was very bad.
