Really terrific stay in a king bed room- really spacious. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff super helpful. 20-30 minutes on foot to colosseum and Spanish steps, Navona. 5 minutes to Termini. A not far to Trastavere or Vatican thus need taxi or metro/bud. Recommend without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again.

Very convenient from Roma Termini. I would definitely stay here again. Comfortable rooms and they have a really nice rooftop bar overlooking Rome. Nice staff as well!

Hotel has convenient location near Termini and metro station and not far from most of the Rome attractions. Room was clean, had good size, bed were good {but not great), shower room was very good. We had great breakfast in the morning, staff was very helpfull.

Property was great but the staff and no parking, the staff not to helpful or they were not very professional, and a big missing part of the puzzle no parking, so need to parking far away or paying another garages.

We had the most amazing time at this property. The staff was incredible, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and our split level room was just perfect. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Rome!!

Great Hotel. Will stay again. Staff friendly and attentive. Very clean and well appointed room. You ask and you get. The breakfast was magnificent. Fantastic choice of food available. Close to shops and easy walking distance to many attractions.

This was.quite a nice hotel for the price. Clean and relatively spacious. Had a nice breakfast buffet and was quite clean. Staff should really monitor how some unscrupulous guests skillfully stuff their bags full of food from buffet, presumably to take for a second meal or snacks. I saw a mother and father literally making sandwiches and stuffing them in her tote and the back packs of each kid. These people raise prices! Who does that? So rude. Don’t go to Europe if you can’t afford your family meals. Overall the hotel and staff were okay. Not super attentive but decent. They don’t have conditioner only shampoo and I had run out of my travel size on the last leg of our trip. They said they would deliver one room when I called but it never came. When I asked at desk they said they don’t have. Good location as close to train station but some areas a bit sketchy on way to station.

This was very close to the train station ~8 min walk. It was pretty spacious. The staff was nice and check out/check in was easy. We had a whole day in Rome after check out and they had complimentary luggage storage which was a big help. There’s a rooftop area with nice views of the city. Lots of restaurants within close proximity. Would recommend!

The hotel is just a few blocks from Termini Station and one other hop on hop off bus stop, which made it very easy to get around the city. Staff was great and breakfast buffet was excellent with many options to please everyone in your party.

We were very impressed with the hotel and plan to stay again when we return to Rome next spring. The staff was helpful and all spoke English. They arranged transportation for us and made restaurant recommendations. There were numerous restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend Best Western Plus Universo.

Monica in the restaurant was a highlight! She was very friendly and went above and beyond as did the servers. we observed that the manager was overbearing towards his staff as he seemed to Micromanage their every move. The shuttle to the airport was a nightmare. The driver was on time but felt he needed to get us there in hyper speed as he drove as fast as 150 km per hour. I had to tell him to stop texting while he drove at that speed. It was a nightmare!

Stayed at the Best Western Universo for our holiday in Rome. A stones throw from Rome termini made our stay very convenient to get to where we wanted to go. Staff was great room was clean and had a great view from balcony. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This property was very cloae to major transportation, such as the Tremini train station which makes it convenient to getting to the sirport and Colosseum. It is also around the corner from a historic Opera House! Since my room was on the first floor my only issue was there was alot if noise at night outside. Reminded me of a busy NYC street.

I had a completely great experience during my stay! The front staff was cheerful and accommodating. They even help book tours for me. I would like to extend an extra dose of gratitude to the gentlemen who were cleaning the rooms. I asked a question and the two gentlemen greeted me and offered to help me in sick a caring way. It touched my heart. A huge thank you for them!
