The pics on the advert vs what you get is not the same world. Gentleman on the counter was lovely. But it’s a bed and shower. Don’t expect much else

sorry to hear you had a terrible stay due to the noice. we have earplug in office for free if request. there is none customer has ever requested yet. but we are happy to help and try our best to help.

Convenient location to dining& shopping. Road noise wasn't too bad , but the other guests were not considerate of those who had to get a good nights sleep for work. Some made WAY TOO MUCH NOISE for being up at 4-5am with no regards to other people who are trying to sleep. Reverse beepers on cars & talking loudly outside the room is bad form.

I was away for a sporting weekend. I specifically booked with this motel and booked the family room as it was advertised as having a washer/dryer. It did not. Instead there was a washer/dryer available to use for $7 but was behind a locked door the entire time. The manager was very nice and let me use their washer twice but i really needed to use it a few more times but because they were out of hours I wasn't able to.

The price is reasonable for the level of amenity. The rooms are basic but everything I need. The location is great in terms of access to food outlets, all walking distance. The staff are friendly. I would stay there again.

What we did not like was we had know knifes forks or plates yet a toaster was there. We did find the floor very slippery when wet in the bathroom area at our age posed a slip risk so floor matt would be great. Other then this couple of things it was a good night sleep even with the hwy at our door but our norm is in a caravan road side.

The motel does not look that great from the road as the building is a bit dated and needs a tidy up. But the room was very comfortable, well maintained and had all we needed. Comfy Bed, Good Shower and Aircon. It was dated but more than suitable and best of all great value.

it was good to have a microwave available and washing up liquid and tea towel, but there was no crockery or utensils above three mugs and tea spoons. no replenishing of tea/coffee sachets. no hand towel or face washer. if you are willing to 'bring your own everything' except a bath towel and sheets, basic property value fair for overnight stays.

We stayed on family room 18. The property is severely out dated. Everything was old and dirty, stained curtains and old bed spreads. Furniture was 2 steel outdoor chairs, no heating in the room, a bathroom door that doesn't close and a shower you should wear thongs in. We absolutely froze in that room, it was tiled, and with no heating it was definitely a restless and broken sleep. No cuttlery or plates for a family room, but there was an old kettle and older toaster and microwave. We have never had an issue staying in older motels, but this place is not just old, its just pure arrogance to even rent out a unit in this condition!

The air conditioner is extremely noisy. Very hard to sleep with it kicking in and out all night. Sounds like a freight train, and startles you when it kicks in.

Great value for short stay
I only stayed the one night, but for the purpose, it was a ideal setup for me. Friendly and hassle-free check-in. The motel is in a convenient location and walking distance to several food places. It has easy parking and the room was great value for a solo traveller. Would use again.
