Nice home away from home. Main level apartment all hardwood floors. Fast Wifi, smart tv, washer/dryer, and garage parking included!!! 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Kitchen stocked with the supplies to cook a nice meal. Large basement that could sleep additional beds available upon request. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to the Mayo, downtown, the mall, grocery stores. I am available to help with any questions you may have during your stay!


Light cleaning service provided for stays greater than 10 days (upon request)

Property was located within walking distance of Mayo (if not requiring w/c, Walker, cane). I appreciated the garage for vehicle protection. It is on the same wavelength as another garage in the area so would open at random times but we didn’t have any issues at all. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you, Denise.

The home is mere minutes from Mayo. Was a nice option instead of a hotel. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. This was my first visit to Rochester & everyone was kind & pleasant. I will definitely book this again if I need to return to Mayo.

Comforting and cozy!
This house was just right for the two of us. We both found it's style to be ideal. Loved the wood floors, and the arches in the doorways in the living room were charming. Like other reviewers we were both impressed by the quiet in a busy residential neighborhood. Two bedrooms and the one we used (the back of the house) had the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a rental. The two beds give you a choice, very nice. The host is amazing and available, Thank you!
