Really well kept and clean rooms. Nice breakfast and seating area. Awesome pool and hot tub with spacious seating area and beautiful wood ceiling. It is where I stay in Rochester for medical appointments.

We were enjoying the pool area when we were told by front desk we were being way too loud-they’d had several complaints of the noise we looked out in the parking lot & there was 6 other vehicles out there Can’t imagine the noise level if the hotel was full , along with the pool area. It was 9:30pm Won’t be going back to stay. Rude workers

Staff was great for check in, accommodating to get first floor room since husband uses cane. Hot tub and swim area were clean and usable. Looking forward to breakfast in morning. Beds are comfortable.

Dirty room, pee on the toilet seat. I got bit by bed bugs and I had rashes all over. we had to go to emergency it was terrible. I complained the front desk, they said they will notify the general manager, which they did not. We left the hotel and stayed another one. After multiple attempts we finally got our refund back. Anyway, after long story short I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. After reading this hope you can make your own decision.

There was huge big and spider in our room mattress and showers horrible. They wouldn’t even give a discount the night we found the bugs just put us in another room for what we paid was not worth it!

I liked that it was quiet. Not people slaming doors at all hours of the night. They were very accomodating. I didnt like how hard the beds were. Wasnt able to sleep very well on the hard beds
