Guichen Bay Motel was perfect for a 2 night stay. Exactly what we needed. It was clean, serviced daily, with towels and linen provided. It was a trouble free experience. Would stay there again.

Fantastic location, very central. While no reception is on site they are quite accessible and quick to respond. Room was smaller than expected. A week’s stay felt like a long time to not receive any house keeping service beyond change of towels and removal of rubbish.

The cleaning staff did not remake the bed or put a fresh pillow case on. They removed the dish washing cloth .

Robe Stay
Great unit in Robe. Walk to all shops, Bay and coastal walk. Weather was wet and windy but room was warm. Unit had an air conditioner, microwave, mini fridge and kettle and was freshly refurbished. There is no reception but a code is sent to get into the room so was no problem.

The property was conveniently located within short walking distance of shops. Facilities were provided for self catering of breakfast. I would have preferred to have a staff member available on site.

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Despite having a lot of travellers in, noise was very minimal and location is perfect - so close to Robe's main street with shops and cafes/dining options. Highly recommend!

They have recently renovated so the place looks pretty good. The staff has been helpful and friendly. The best thing is the location of the motel is conveniently close to all the restaurants and shops yet tucked away from the main street, so it is quiet. The one concern we had for our room was the door. A couple of times after we locked the room door, we found that we couldn't unlock it. It took a bit of fiddling around (and a bit of strength) to unlock the door and got me a bit worried.

We've stayed at the Guichen Bay Motel several times, but this time we missed our usual warm reception, because there was no reception! I used my card to reserve the room online, but wanted to pay cash upon arrival and didn't have that option. Our room was clean and comfortable, I shall return if I can pay cash next time.
