disappointing stay.
They have very few services, it's noisy and they ran out of toilet paper 2 days in a row. They made me move from a room I'd already paid for because they screwed up their reservations and asked me to go to another hostel across town, with no financial compensation offered. When I refused, they offered me a bed in a closet-sized room, which I took because it was the last night I would ever stay there. I would rate it a 3.

Dishonest, dirty & dreadful.
This place is truly awful. I have stayed in hostels worldwide but never stayed anywhere as miserable as this. The photos & description of the hostel are inaccurate & untruthful & the amenities listed as available do not actually exist; this accommodation is therefore being mis-sold. There is no outdoor pool or 24hr room service (in fact there's no room-service at all). Reception is not open until midnight, it closes at 6pm (which is important to know as check-in is not possible once reception has closed). There's no kitchen, there is an area with a table, microwave, washing machine & fridge (which stinks); there is not even a sink. None of the purported in-room facilities are present: there is no ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker, desk or phone. None of the rooms have bathrooms as advertised. There are 3 very tiny shared showers & 2 shared toilets. The whole place is dirty & smells; there is no fresh air into the property. It doesn’t matter which room you book, you are very likely to be downgraded to a worse room, but still charged the original price, the staff will claim this is fair because the room prices vary per night!? I had booked a triple room; the "single room" I was put in was so terrible there isn’t even a photo of it on the website, I’m certain it was originally a store room, it was just bigger than a mattress (which was on the floor) & there was no window. I heard other people complaining that they had also been put into a smaller room, without any cost deduction.
