Amazing property, so clean and hi-spec modern interior. The staff were excellent, so attentive and communicative. Was a joy to stay in and we will definitely be back and this will be our first choice to stay at.

This is by far the cleanest hotel that I’ve stayed. It is also huge that can comfortably stay for 2 2 people. It has a bedroom that has a king sized bed and a pull out queen or kind sized sofa bed that can sleep for another 2 people. Harder to find room that can sleep 4 not 3 people. The hotel also pre-stock the room with lots of amenities such as multiple shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, even shaving and dental kit. We also unfortunately left our slippers at our previous stop and luckily this hotel has disposable slippers as well! Yes, the price is a bit high compared to our other stays in Iceland, but given its amenities, cleanness and can sleep for people of 4, I think it’s well worth the extra price. Highly recommend it!

Very nicely equipped. Rooms were clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. The location was fantastic. Around the corner from the bus stop for tours. Surrounded by a tone of food and shopping options. Short walk to main shopping area and Harpa Hall.

The apartment was spacious and perfectly maintained. The well-stocked kitchen made preparing and serving grocery-store purchased food easy. The fact that breakfast was available for purchase was a great convenience. The portions were generous and the food was well-prepared. The front desk was polite and accommodating. I appreciate that they loaned me a converter when I needed one. They always offered me coffee and answered any questions I had. I didn't love having to walk through the garage to get to the elevator to my apartment. That said, I am grateful that the area lit up when I entered it. If the property could put up more permanent directional signs on the garage walls as opposed to just having signs taped on the garage entry doors, I think guests would feel more comfortable.

We loved our apartment, it was comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities one could desire. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and the thick bathmat. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our apartment with instructions re the intricate lights system. The location was excellent, close to harbour, restaurants, and many attractions
