The additional “bed” in our room consisted of a very hard leather sofa, not suited to sleep on. There is no refrigerator in the room, no gym at the hotel, air conditioning and WiFi worked poorly. They kept running out of dishes at breakfast and they charge an outrageous parking fee of $9/day. Part of the staff was rude and refused to supply additional blankets to cushion the additional bed. Overall bad experience and we will be sure to not return to this hotel.

View of the riverside and nature. Walking path and play room are wonderful at the hotel.

There was a renovation at the hotel, it was pretty normal but all the electricity cable were open and there were lots of dangerous stuff for the kids. I feedbacked this situation to reception and they event did not show any interest.

Decent chain hotel

Lobby is under construction Feb 2019 but minimal disturbance. Hotel has been continuously updated with new features like rain showers. Free breakfast is nice, though typical with some hot and cold items. 24 hour front desk is useful. No refrigerator un room but you can store it with the hotel.

Under construction - without prior notice

Hotel was under construction (lack of such info when bookings were done), which caused some unconvienamces, e.g all lifts were out of order. At reception I was not told that kids are entitled to have special kids box (snacks for travel)... I had to specially asked for it.
