Great hotel
The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable except the pillows were too soft. Both morning and evening staff were took time to help us plan our visit. Parking close by and free, all in all highly recommend

Christmas in Regensburg
I enjoyed my stay immensely! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to the kitchen personnel who took care of the crowded masses for breakfast and did so with a genuine smile and grace, including an offer of Champagne for breakfast and Gluehwein (small charge) while staff are at the front desk. Front desk staff made checking in and out a breeze. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The location is spot on for walking to the main sites. Good eateries near by and loads of shopping opportunities. Will definitely stay here again should I return to this adorable town.

This hotel is an easy walk from the main train station and also from the old city center. Our ground-floor room was off a secluded and quiet courtyard. The breakfast buffet was great and we appreciated the complimentary welcome drink.

The ONLY issue we had were the very, very, very thin pullows which made it difficult to sleep

Nice little hotel in old town and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Nice and helpful staff. Single beds are small but you get what you pay for and it was a good deal.

Its ok but not good for this money. It was very very cold in the room,we were with baby. we expected a warm room because it was -1 outside, but unfortunately it was cold in the room. During the night they turned off the heating, so it was not pleasant to stay with the baby.

This is my new home away from home! I like to stay at a hotel for a weekend about once a month, just for "me" time. This is my place. Right in the middle of it all, yet quiet, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is a must!

My new "stay-cation" destination! Even though I live fairly nearby, I need a little getaway every so often. This is perfect. In the heart of Regensburg, yet quiet, with cozy and well-decorated rooms. Very good price, too. I am going back next week!

Convenient location
The room is a bit small for 3 persons but otherwise comfy. and clean. On street parking is available around the Hotel and is free after 7 pm weekdays and whole day Sunday but availability is hit and miss. Alternatively there is a multi-storey public carpark at the back of the hotel which charges EUR 11 for 24 hours but you can get a ticket for EUR 9 only from the hotel. The sightseeing attractions are within walking distance of the hotel and it's best to see them on foot.

Convenient Hotel in Regensburg
The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to excellent restaurants, the train station and the historic area. The staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint is that our room faced from the front of the hotel and was across the street from a bar that created loud noise from smokers outside until past 2AM. We could probably have requested a move if we were staying more than three nights.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location to explore one of the most beautiful and well-preserved cities in Germany. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the convenient and very generous breakfast!

The hotel is located adjacent to the Schloss (castle) on the edge of the city. Recognizing that Regensburg is a world historical site, the hotel is quaint and room is small for two people. The location is great to avoid tour groups and other pedestrian traffic. Parking is available (at no cost) on the parking deck located around the corner from the hotel. If driving, be aware that construction in the area of the hotel during our visit (Oct 2019) resulted in several street closings. Breakfast was included and was offered a wide variety.

Fantastic welcome and service. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The room was a little small for 2adults and 2 teenagers. Although there was Netflix we couldn't connect. Possibly our fault for not enquiring about it. And the shower was blocked leaked water everywhere. However when we told the staff they were grateful to know about it

Hotel with a fabulous breakfast!
Wonderful hotel close to the train station (easy walk) and all of the sites. The breakfast is fabulous. Finally, I have found a hotel that can actually make delicious scrambled eggs. I also enjoyed the traditional German breakfast foods. The room was large and super clean. The staff is so friendly. They ask if you want a beer when you arrive and give you a take away seltzer water. They were very interested in knowing if everything was fine. I was very happy to tell them exactly how wonderful I think their hotel truly made my stay in beautiful Regensburg.

Charming nice little hotel in charming nice little city. Hotel provides a free drink upon check in. And, upon leaving provides a bottle of water. These were nice added touches. Breakfast is very good. Employees seem to care about your stay. Only a couple negatives: No minibar, but they provide one free bottle of water upon check in. Can buy additional bottles of water at front desk for 1 Euro each. But, front desk not open 24 hours. Rooms and shower are kind of small, even so, they appear to have been updated.

Shower was very restricting, couldn't lean over to wash my feet. One night yelling ruffians for hours outside in the street contributed to poor sleep. If I were to stay again I would insist on the back of the hotel. Enjoyed the museum and other parts of the city.
