The Space:
Featuring spacious landscaped grounds 2 Marma Retreat is perfect for all guests who will embrace luxury living in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula without compromise. Perfect for 2-3 families, couples and ladies retreats (offering up to 9 separate beds) in luxurious peaceful surrounds, this four bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday retreat across 2 levels featuring 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs (including a glorious master bedroom ensuite with pool views and lounge retreat) inclusive of a study with a sofa bed allows guests to be well accommodated. A 10 seater internal dining table and large external al fresco table accommodates all meal get together's comfortably.

Capture the spectacular Mornington Peninsula birdlife while relaxing in the heated pool/spa or enjoy an al fresco gourmet lunch or dinner BBQ with some of the Peninsula's best local offerings. Walk or drive to the nearby Red Hill Village and infamous Red Hill Market (held on the first Saturday of the month between September to May each year). There is so much to do you will want to return!

Please note:
(i) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
(ii) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iv) This property is pet friendly upon application with breed and age of pet provided.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
