Raymond Island is spectacular. The hotel is in a great location. However, the rooms need a can of paint to freshen them up and please get some comfortable beds. Not a good value for the price you are charging.

We loved the wildlife. Kangaroos were frequent visitors. Lovely bird life. The area was perfect for walking and spotting koalas. Our room was clean and comfortable

Walk to the water, what's not to like! Had a great time, fire pit, good company. Cottage slept 6 comfortably with great water pressure (so nice hot long showers).

Beautiful location
The Hotel was nice and clean as described we would be more than happy to stay there again in the future. The Abby is located in a beautiful part of the island with east access to the Koala Trail and the beach. It is nice quiet getaway. The Wi-Fi connection was very good and the bathroom spacious and bed very comfy. I lovely getaway retreat from it all

The bathroom was dirty and 100 plus were inside the room when we opened the door, had to go buy insect spray.

Nice setup needs closer parking shelves in bathroom would be great and TV would be nice Bathroom mirror was cracked but overall very good

The location and surrounding wildlife was wonderful. The water location and the ferry to get across to the mainland was very romantic.

Good location; amenities were a little lacking regarding as no ability to even butter toast; fridge right next to bed -woken up at night by it's periodic noise

The Abbey was very comfortable and quiet. Not that close to the ferry for access back to Paynesville but easily walkable. Plenty of koalas, kangaroos and echidnas around the place. No TV though. If you wanted to relax and watch a bit of TV you couldn't.

Nice motel close to Kaola trail
Regular motel style room short walk from ferry. Bird life abounds and there was also a koala and a couple of kangaroos in the grounds

Nice hotel if you want quiet.
Unfortunately we arrived at dark and no one knew we were coming. Booked online and they didn't check often enough for new reservations, so no lights were on so it took us about an hour standing in the pitch dark road until the reservation desk (in Melbourne) contacted the lady at The Abby to find us. Room was very nice, however no TV.
