Debbie was most helpful and friendly. She told us to go to Carlo's Sandblow for the sunset ... what an amazing experience! Debbie also let us use her esky to put our wine in.

Such an incredibly beautiful property and an even more beautiful room. Incredibly clean, great kitchen utensils, and a gorgeous bathroom. I would recommend anyone passing through Rainbow Beach stay here.

Really lovely property! We felt like we had our own little beach house! Everything was nicely furnished and Debbie was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a king room which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay at rainbow beach!

My family stayed in the 3-bedroom area recently. It was a lovely experince in following ways: 1. Debbie knows the area very well. She made recommendation of Quey Carlo for lunch. We had a nice meal with pleasant view there. 2. The property is next to grocery store and pizza shop, super convenient. 3. Debbie and her team did wonderful job to make the property in a welcoming state upon checkin. The proprty is spotless and tidy. There are planty facilities within the property to enjoy. 4. The property is located in a quiet location, its super family friendly. Thanks Debbie and your team. I highly recommend Debbie's Place if you plan to visit Rainbow Beach. Bill

Debbie is a great host, super helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this accommodation. Closecto everything within walking distance to the shops and beach. Great choice of restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay! What a beautifully clean room with everything we needed to make a cuppa before we left in the morning. Close to everything in town and the lady who showed us to our room was wonderful, even helping us find a great place to have dinner. Couldn't recommend this place more :)

This property has a great location across from small local shops (including a grocery store), is one street back from the Main Street and is an easy flat walk to beach & main retail/dining area. The room we stayed in was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and decor, lots of space, great amenities. Bed super comfortable and great shower. Kitchenette facilities were excellent and included a sink (no need to wash dishes in the bathroom basin). We had a verandah with a lovely garden outlook shielding us from the street. Fantastic value. Property Manager even told us we simply had to head straight to the Carlo Sand Blow to see the sunset and drove there herself so we could follow her and make it in time. Debbie was right, it was spectacular. You will be well looked after here.

Debbie’s place is everything it is advertised as and reviewed at. It is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Debbie was very friendly and helped us to decide on our afternoons walk at Carlo Sand blow and dinner at Quay Carlo. The perfect way to spend an evening before heading to Fraser Island.

From the moment i walked into reception i was made more than welcome , Debbie herself greeted me & it was reconnecting with a close relative or family member so hospitable , i was early but no trouble Debbie said " i'll just put you in a much nicer room " , she walked me round the immaculate property introducing me to the various staff as if they where family members , what a delight this place was to stay & Debbie is an absolute delight , nothing is too much trouble , i can't speak highly enough about Debbie's place & the Rainbow beach venue , all very friendly

We had a great weekend, everything was close and convenient. We took our push bikes which made exploring the town even more convenient even though it could all be done on foot if necessary. Debbie greeting was extremely cheerful and friendly.

Bra;dley booked a 3 bedroom for 2 persons and arrived with 8 persons. I informed Bradley that the room only takes 6 persons due to council and state laws. I gave Bradley the option of a separate 1 bedroom accommodation for the 2 extra guests. After agreeing to pay for an additional accommodation Bradley at 8.00pm informed me that their friends had decided to not stay and had left. Early in the morning when I was taking my dog for her early morning constitutional I discovered the extra guests vehicle parked outside the 3 bedroom apartment. The 2 guests Bradley had said had left had stayed against the rules. These people were from America and our exchange rate is very favourable for Americans. Bradley's response when I confronted him about the extra guests staying was to tell me that they are on a tight budget. These people were not backpackers doing it tough and had 2 older children with them .Bradley was well over 50 and should have had more of a sense of right and wrong. What Bradley did in sneaking in extra guests and being untruthful was not a good reflection on Americans who travel to Australia. I am not nosy or intrusive, I just don't like being used.

Detail is everything and there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t perfect. Debbie is super helpful and generous, offering lifts and even to lend their bikes when we were looking to hire. I can only say that it is women looking after what is important in only the way a woman can (sexiest, I know!!!)
