Spotlessly clean unit with comfortable bed and all the essentials for a short stay. Good sized bathroom with a decent shower and a bath. Nice views from the communal outside area and walkable into town either via the main road or along the lakeside path. Currently there are roadworks on Frankton Road and this went on to very late one night of my stay which did disturb the sleep a bit, obviously totally out of the control of the property. Also unless you are in the very end unit there’s not much privacy if your curtains are open as people need to walk past the large windows or may be sitting right outside. I would say this motel is a really good option if you don’t want to be right in the very centre of town, it’s an easy drive from the airport and the facilities are good.

Modern, spacious rooms - easy walk to main to town
Short walk to the main waterfront at Queenstown. Really clean, spacious modern rooms. Roadworks happening on the main road that blocks the entrance to the property, but it’s no big deal, there’s an alternative way in that goes straight to the car park. Didn’t hear any noise from the roadworks before about 8am.

Rated 4 star but not. The tiny bathroom where you had to step up over 30cms had to be seen to be believed. Room OK but bathroom spoiled it.

This property is an easy walk into town, although some uphill walking required to return (we taxied), lovely views, minimal street noise and really comfortable units

Beautiful views, nice location. Two downsides, inconvenient car park location underground so difficult to unload/load with no lift Wasn’t entirely happy with communal seating outside our room Privacy was also an issue with no net curtains on large windows

酒店位置是在主路边，不是很吵。只是主路在修路，如果在高峰时段进酒店，需要有耐心开车堵在主路上。酒店有免费停车场，非常方便。前台小姐姐也很热情的推荐晚餐的预定。

Clean, comfortable, and roomy property, but the MOST important thing is LOCATION. Parking in Queenstown is extremely difficult. You need a place where you can easily walk to all the great tourist experiences, cafes, dinners, and little shops. Alexis is in a great location for your exploration of Queenstown. Park your car and tote your stuff upstairs (yes, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs - not unusual in NZ). Then take off exploring all the great stuff in NZ. You are also a close drive to Wanaka and Glenorchy, both great destinations to visit.The staff here was particulary kind and helpful.

Alexis is clean and serviceable. It’s close to town although on a hill so the walk home is a killer. Lots of roadworks at the moment so hard to access at times(totally out of Alexis control). Great views.
