Named after a local legend fisherman well known to many, Bluey’s is a charming, cosy three bedroom cottage located in the perfect holiday hot spot in the Fishermen’s Flats area of picturesque Queenscliff. A short walk to the harbour, boat ramp, ferry terminal, train station, local hotels and eateries – its all super convenient but at the same time you have all the privacy in the world as Bluey’s is tucked away at the waters edge of Beach Street.

This light filled cottage carries the history of yesteryear but with recent renovations and contemporary furnishings, guests will feel so at home, it will be a struggle to leave.

The three bedrooms are configured as 2 doubles in bedroom 1, 2 sets of bunks in bedroom 2 and a queen bed in the main bedroom sleeping a total of 10 guests. The bunks are more suitable for children than adults. Whilst there is plenty of sleeping accommodation, please be mindful that there is one small living area at this property and one bathroom. It is ideal for families with children but it is too small for 8 - 10 adults as the bunks are only suitable for children and there is only 1 bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room all have R/C airconditioners.

The bunks are more suitable for children or small adults, guests are responsible for any damages to the bunks if adults have been occupying them.

The bathroom has 2 way access from the main bedroom with a separate powder room available. The open plan living, kitchen and dining are beautifully furnished with a relaxed Hampton look and boasts loads of natural light. The back sunny west facing deck overlooks the bridge to Swan Island and the Queenscliff Golf Course – perfect for long drawn out brunches or summer BBQ’s! The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a coffee machine (uses ground coffee). A basic sunbeam espresso machine that just takes ground coffee. And a Nescafe Dolce Gusto pod machine.

This is a dual access property which makes it ideal for guests with small boats wishing to utilize the nearby boat ramp, cyclists, or those requiring additional car parking. The property does not have any off street parking - parking is out the front of the property on the street. The harbour is close by and you are right in the heart of the Queenscliff Music Festival.

Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is:2 x Double beds, 1 x queen; 4 x singles. Doona sizes are - 3 queen and 4 single. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

- Doona's are supplied and consist of 3 queen size and 4 singles
- Guest must bring their own linen and towels or contact our office about linen hire

Blueys
Great property, very clean with everything that you could want in a home. It’s very well equipped. The position is great and close to all that is Queenscliff so we were able to walk everywhere for shopping and meals. Just a short drive to some amazing beaches...Ocean Grove for example and wineries such as Jack Rabbit. Also, if you want to shop at the larger supermarkets etc, they are also a short drive. Highly recommend.
