We stayed in a studio apartment which was hotel-like. Very comfortable. We were concerned because it was close to the road but we could not hear the traffic. We were also concerned that being a family friendly resort that children's noise might be an issue - but it wasn't. You do have to drive carefully around the park though due to the small children. Overall, we were very happy with our stay for 3 nights.

Great park, stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin, the lounge dining area was ok but the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet very small, wouldn’t want to be too overweight or u might not get in the toilet and the bedrooms are very tight. Needs a bit more room in these areas, otherwise park itself was great and staff were very friendly 😁

Great place to stay on a budget. Close to many beaches, point lonsdale and Queenscliff a 2 min drive. Friendly staff, cabin was great, clean and had everything you need. Thanks!

Customer service
Overall is good However customer service at the reception could be better. At first I was told my balance for the accommodation is outstanding/ not pay. In fact, she made a mistake without even checking the system that I have already prepaid at Hotel.com. Staff need more training, and should not be saying that they are very busy for that day as an excuse.

fabulous family place to stay kids friendly pool kids games bouncing pad. Cabins clean everything from kitchen fridge bathroom and rooms. Close to shopping,dining and beaches. Our third visit and now planning for summer holidays. love it love it love it.

Everything is close to accom' units. Strongly suggest shower mats to avoid slipping, as shower base was very slippery.

Very noisy room .. while this was no fault of the caravan park … we had a generator from roadworks right outside our room from 7am until 4pm non stop .

The holiday park is fabulous, family friendly lots to keep the kids occupied and a great place for a couple getaway. We stayed in the banksia 2 cabin very modern clean everything equipped with kitchen utensils fridge etc... the beaches are fantastic nearby shopping great restaurants what else could you ask for. Our second time here coming back again soon can't wait. Vish and Barry

Villas beautifully presented, BBQs on the balcony, plenty of room for 4 people, then the extension of space to basketball court, tennis court, games room, enclosed bbq area. Coutakids each morning was a big hit. Coffees from the kiosk were great. Had anticipated the ability to duck out for spa treatments or to enjoy hot bubbling spa bath, however these two areas were closed.

The hot tub / jacuzzi was no longer installed. A bit disappointed as that was the main reason I booked the resort. The resort photos should be updated to reflect this.

The villa we stayed in was very well laid out with plenty of space and features. The only thing I would have liked was a ceiling fan in the main bedroom.

Perfect getaway for the family with kid! My 2 yo old enjoyed a lot there especially the Jumping pillow and indoor swimming pool!! We wanted a vacation where we could enjoy, rest l, have a bit of a fun and most importantly, we don't need to drive in pursuit of some activities for kids! So, we went to the right place!! Only thing I didn't like was the cobwebs and big spiders and unclean windows in the Studio Apartment we, a family of 3 were staying in. The kitchen was good with all the essential utensils and appliances. The staff was very friendly and my god, the Go-cart ride with my kid was awesome! Do try that if you are there!

Great family vacation. Lots of great activities to keep kids entertained. Older style cabin was fine for a few days, but would take a newer one if there for longer. Would happily stay again.

I really liked this caravan park cause it's really close to the Queenscliff Ferry terminal for thoes who don't feel comfortable driving through Melbourne CBD

Perfect fit as our younger family were in a van and we had a hotel room which was quiet and also had our privacy. We were close to each other , able to use all facilities which were of highest quality and beautifully maintained.

Lovely stay
Our cabin is not big, but very clean and warm. The kids love the pedal bikes. However, I didn't know I need to book and pay. Sorry for that. But the staff very nice even they are not very happy.
