Not happy with cleanliness villa in arrival
We had several issues on arrival, pool was very dirty, dishwasher didn’t work and there were no frying pans. It took over 24 hours to fix all 3 things and there was no apology or real acceptance of the problems. The maid was useless every time she turned up. Minimal effort in cleaning or purring anything right. We had no pool towels and they washed towels after 4/5 days in the machine but left us to hang out. Maid was on the phone a lot every time she came. We couldn’t use the pool for 2 days when we arrived as it was so dirty. They need to get their act together - paying premium prices for average villa. In our opinion the pool hadn’t been cleaned for a month or more. Totally unacceptable. We should get a refund for the inconvenience caused and pleasure lost. I can

Place is bigger than we expected. It can actually sleep 8 persons comfortably rather than just 7.
Property was clean, homey, with a good sized swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Paulo responded quickly to our requests. Definitely worth coming back again!

Fantastic holiday - Great Villa
Myself and 4 friends stayed at the villa for a week. It was stunning and very clean. We loved having our own private pool and it was lovely sitting outside having BBQ's in the evening.
There are a few places to eat and a shop nearby but I would recommend a car if you want to go to the beach. Although the taxis were not that expensive to the nearest town.
We had an issue with the electricity keep fusing and also loss of water but it all got sorted within an hour.
There were a few minor things that could be improved such as the kettle lid was broken, the wardrobe door was half off its hinges and the kitchen tap kept coming undone and we had to screw it back up but these were only niggles and can be sorted out very quickly.
Overall a fantastic holiday and villa and def planning on going back next June.

Very comfortable property with all the facilities and a really good pool and BBQ area
Overall experience very good. The property manager Paulo was very helpful and helpful at all times - during the booking and while we were there. The house is very well equipped and spacious. The pool area was perfect - good pool for teenagers messing about, good shade if required and good BBQ area. Very happy with the stay there - would be happy to recommend it and would go back. Car a must. We ending up at the marina most evenings. Aquapark just up the road.

Agradável mas pode melhorar
Casa em zona calma e estacionamento fácil no interior e exterior. Não tem comércio a pé mas em 5min de carro está-se no centro de Quarteira e Vilamoura. Piscina com muito sol e churrasqueira ao lado o que torna a refeição agradável. Áreas interiores amplas. Internet fraca mas aceitável. Mobiliário interior antiquado. Mobiliário exterior podia ser melhor. Falta de cuidados inaceitáveis: algum mobiliário velho, duas camas com estrados estragados e somente dois dias após entrada foi mudado, colchões e almofadas más, cobertores a cheirar a mofo, sofás da sala a necessitar de limpeza, cozinha com mobiliário velho e louças velhas assim como eletrodomésticos sem grandes condições. Louças dos wc com manchas de uso pela idade. Quem quer dormir sem luz não consegue pois portas tem vidros e estores das janelas não tapam. A casa tem potencial mas como está necessita de melhorias. A limpeza deixa a desejar e a equipa de limpeza podia fazer muito melhor.
