This is a new hotel in a quiet location that is very pretty, right by the Mississippi River with easy access to nearby cities. I have stayed at this hotel previously and will very likely stay there again in the future. The price was reasonable. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with many options.

I really loved our stay at the Hyatt House. The checkin process was fast and smooth and there was about 3 guests ahead of me. The rooms were spacious. The hotel was quiet and all the staff was friendly.

It is right along the Mississippi River. Our room is spectacular looking right out on the river. On the 9th floor is a lovely lounge/bar with a menu of sharables and a wide selection of cocktails and wine. There is soft jazz playing and a huge floor to ceiling glass window(s) view of the river and a view of Iowa

Great breakfast, although we never got any eggs. Room was clean and spacious. TV did not work. Would of called them but my husband was already asleep.

We stayed here the week before and had a great overnight, the 2nd time was slightly less pleasant. We were given a room with two beds instead of a king room like we had booked, were then told there were no kings left. Went to the upper floor bar at get some food, were told the kitchen closed early. Went down to the lobby restaurant and were ignored by the two staff at the bar for almost 20 minutes. Wound up ordering delivery.

I've stayed here often and have always enjoyed my stay. This time was a little subpar. We got there st sbout three in the morning after traveling for several hours. Only to find that there were no luggage carts. Then we had problems with our toilet having to flush twice everytime to get the toilet paper to go down. We were in our room a total of 9 hours and by the time we left the toilet would not flush st all.

Very accessible
We stayed in an accessible room which meant a roll-in/walk-in shower, handrails in the bathroom, close to the elevator, and plenty of room to move around in the room itself. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in for a while and will 100% be back. The included breakfast was excellent too and the experience was a terrific value for our family of 5.

Our first room smelt of poop and weed. Our second room had vomit down the side is the bed and the floor. Not sure how they even gave us a room so dirty. Our 3rd room was okay.

The way a Hitel Should Be!
Great stay beautiful hotel & friendly staff. The continental breakfast was fresh & a nice selection of choices! The room was clean and fresh! The beds were very very comfortable with plenty of pillows which were also great. Would definitely stay again !

Very bad night for sleep
We have stayed at this hotel many times because of location and overall good hotel conditions. On this visit there were kids screaming and slamming doors along with running up and down the halls until just after 4:00 am . Garbage was in the hallway and the elevator and after calling the desk around 2:00 they acted surprised even though acknowledging the kids were down in the lobby area as well . Last time we will stay at this location !!!!

Couch was more comfortable than bed.
The staff were pleasant, the room was in good condition and the breakfast was good enough. But oh my was that the worst hotel bed I've ever had. I laid in it till about 3 am and then decided that I'd rather sleep on the couch than a mattress resembling a deflated air mattress.

Great view of the river. The hotel is off by itself in an old leveled Industrial District. Nice and quiet, there's no odd homeless tweakers yelling to themselves Milling about at night. There's a really nice river walk right in front of the hotel that goes for miles. Only thing I could say negative is that there's no hot tub in the pool is only 4 ft deep and not too big. Overall the best hotel I've ever stayed at, really enjoyed my stay.

I had a great and relaxing stay! It was so cold outside and my room was so nice and cozy, it was the perfect escape from the dreadful cold. I was in the area for an exam and the room was quiet and set up perfectly for me to study and get a good nights rest.

Great place right on the river! Front desk very friendly and easy check in. Good variety for breakfast. Bed was not as firm as I like but my preference. Room was comfortable. Will definitly stay here again
