The property was very kid friendly with easy access to the beach. At check in Hilary was very helpful and attentive. We ran into an issue when wanting to make reservations at one of the restaurants and Javier helped us.

We had a great time in Meliã Puerto Vallarta. Espectacular service, amazing food and the staff is very kind, always taking care of the guests. It is perfect for children, my kid had an amazing time in the pool and beach. It is true that the infraestracture needs renovation but it is minimal issue compared to the sevice and the food.

This hotel was very nice. It has its own private beach and a huge pool. It’s all inclusive which is the only way to go. The food was excellent! Staff is very friendly. Family friendly with so many activities. The gift shop is extremely expensive. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay
