Our stay at the Wymara was perfect! The staff was so nice, always smiled, and made sure we had everything that we needed. The property looks just like the photos on the website...clean rooms and even turn down service each night and we were always left with night time treats. Wymara was an excellent stay. I highly recommend this resort. If I could give it 10 stars I would! 😊

Worst hotel EVER! The staff did not know what they were doing and they did NOT want to be there AT ALL! Don't let the pictures confuse you since the Resort and Villa are completely seperated the resort has no amenity whatsoever. You can hear the construction site from the room. The one restaurant had no seafood even though they were on the menu...you bascially go all the way to T&C to have a burger. I would give a negative review if I could... Stayed at many 5-star resorts and this does not even qualify for a 4 star!!! So many nicer options on Grace Bay stay away!!!

This resort is beautifully decorated, looks very modern. The view from our room was amazing. Service was awesome, I will definitely recommend.

Very Disappointed!!! The property was beautiful with friendly staff upon arrival, which appeared to be the perfect vacation scenario. However, the cleanliness of the outdoor bar eating spaces caused us concern, as one of our travelers became sick with a noro-virus type stomach bug several hours after consuming food there. Within a day and a half myself and my 25 year old daughter also had the same virus, and were not able to eat or enjoy the facilities as we were very ill. We spoke with management several times to express our concerns and to ask if others were also ill. The management team denied that others were ill, however staff in the small boutique on site told us that their medicine supply was depleted and others were also complaining of illness. We were also told that one of their own staff members was ill a couple of days prior to our arrival and had not returned to work, which may have contaminated surfaces at the resort. This matter was not handled well by management. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

The hotel is costly for what you get. It’s just ok for me. Nothing special. Not a luxury at all. The room service is not 24/7. I called to order in my room, and nobody answered. PS I don’t know about the villas, maybe it’s more interesting.

Service was AWFUL! Not once dis anyone ever come to you at the pool and ask if you wanted a drink or something to ear. You have to go and ask the towel guy. Not one person ever cane to us and asked the same while we were on the beach. For the amount they charge for a room, their service was TERRIBLE

We like the fact that Wymara is a smaller resort. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. They also have nice amenities in the room. I particularly liked the Dyson hairdryer. It’s nice to have a kitchen area in the suite and a washer and dryer in the room. The Grace Bay beach is beautiful as well.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and my birthday at the Wymara and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Every detail was taken care of and the environment and vibes were mature, yet fun and relaxing. We had the one bedroom suite oceanview which was stunning. Can't wait to return.

Everything about our stay was perfect! We ended up with a room without a balcony but it didn't matter. We still got a beautiful ocean view and we didn't plan to spend much time in the room anyway. The details are immaculate and the resort is kept very clean. The cleaning staff will come in your room multiple times a day to tidy up while you're gone. Pool was great and you could literally stay there all day and order your lunch and drinks. Steps away from the beach with again great service. This place is worth every penny and the free breakfast buffet is actually nice food and fresh juices. Definitely would visit again.

Turks is gorgeous. The view from the ocean front rooms is worth the upgrade. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast is worth getting up in the morning. You can truly enjoy being alone or going with a groups of friends and I highly recommend it.

The property is aesthetically pleasing, but the pool closes at 7pm and you can’t make charges to the room under 50 dollars. The latter being odd considering they had food on their menu that was around 32 dollars. The food wasn’t that great in my opinion in taste or options.

This was a beautiful, zen, elegant property with the most friendly unbelievable service. It’s the perfect upscale intimate getaway. The ONLY bummer is the airport experience. It’s awful!! Customs line took 90 minutes!!! On the way back, 4 flights were taking off within 15 minutes of each other and the small unairconditioned terminal with no amenities was awful!! This is hurting a great place to go. The water is the most calm, blue and spectacular you’ll ever see!

This is a 5 star resort that is extremely expensive per night. I was expecting a shower and more importantly a bathtub in my room, but in order to have a room with a bathtub, there was going to be an additional fee. I wasn’t impressed with the shower or the water pressure in the entire room. I also didn’t appreciate the housekeeper busting in my room to clean on my 2nd day there without knocking. She literally just barged in.
