It has shared parking, swimming pools & gym. There is no stairs to climb & just a step to a STUNNING pool. Location is CENTRAL. Walking distance restaurants (5 minutes walk Magnolia, Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite, Simone Restaurants), Smith Reef Beach is the nearest beach access & Island Fish Fry (Thursday local event).

We had a wonderful time, the accommodations were perfect for our family, having the pool was perfect after spending the day at the beautiful beaches. Janus recommendations were on point, we enjoyed morning walkings to the near beach and exploring other places after. Definitely need to rent a car, everything is a 10-15 min drive. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This was a 3 day stay before our reservation started at an all inclusive resort and we loved it. Very quaint and private. Great pools. Friendly people. Close to everything, yet, quiet and calm. Fantastic spot!

Great time
We loved our stay-close to restaurants and Smith’s Bay Reef for snorkeling. The room was great and the pool was right outside the door. Outstanding communication with the owner. I am so glad that we chose this location.

Wonderful first few days
We stayed our first few days here and had a great time! The main floor was great with small kids who had access to the pool while we relaxed on the patio and read. Great location and nice and close to the beach where we were able to see tuna, many small fish and a sting ray! Overall a wonderful start to our trip!

Nice condo in the yatch club area. Clean and enjoyable place to stay. Right on the pool for quick access. Fully furnished with everything you'll need to live. Would stay again when the need arrises.
