I unfortunately had to walk through the Casino to get to the restaurant upstairs with my six-year-old son. The casino is smoke filled and there were no other way up there. So, not doing that again.

The room was nice and shower terrific. I was annoyed at checkout that there was a $25 resort fee I didn’t know would be added. We only stayed a quick night and I was with a teenager so didn’t even step foot in the casino, so this was frustrating.

The beds are to high not everyone is tall I had to step on a chair with a bad back to climb on and practically fall to get off every time .. we called to confirm we were on way Al lil late n couldn’t get bedroom we reserved due to flight delay

The room was very convenient to the casino. The casino was great. Lots of fun but I was freezing in there. I sent an email regarding a pair of earrings that I purchased. The earrings did not make it into the bag. The clerk said they were in the sweatshirt I purchased but when we arrived home, the earrings were not there.

I just visited up here with my mom for her birthday. We had a lot of fun. Lots of casino games to choose from but if you don't smoke cigarettes, the casino itself is a little overwhelming. However, the hotel upstairs is non-smoking & the rooms are very clean and odorless. One of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I've ever slept on.

The worst hotel I have seen with rooms that are smelly ,torn beddings and check in staff don’t care to explain to you anything you ask because they are busy on their phones. Terrible hotel with a lot of smoke every where even inside the rooms .

This stay was in a higher price-point and there were several problems we did not expect given the cost. One, the bed was a sofa bed. This was very disappointing as it was noisy and uncomfortable. A $270 room should have a real bed. This was the main issue, but there were several smaller ones as well. There was no luggage cart available and the staff seemed unsure/disinterested in helping with that. The room coffee was a knock-off Keurig type of coffee that was not really bad, and the room was very small. On the positive, the room was nice and clean, and most importantly, it was a quiet stay. The main issue was the bed.

lots of trash in parking area and around the entrance. the hotel is beautiful but as a non smoker you can smell the smoke from the casino in the lobby. the casino is so smokey it is disfusting its 2024 its time to make it non smoking and give the tiny section currently used for non smokers to the smokers.

I liked the pool. The people were nice. Our bed had a lot of hair on it. We had to get new bed sheets as soon as we got there. Also the vent was in front of the right side of the bed and air blew in our face all night. Lots of sneezing.

The stay was meh. The entire casino smells like an ashtray... front desk at the hotel was nice, but nothing to brag about/not exceptional. Dining is super expensive and there are almost no vegetarian options (except for in the Asian food court, but then the food was average in taste and still pricey). The room was noisy, music and banging sounds came in from rooms next door or from down below, or something. The bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom in the room were great. No microwave in sight - keep that in mind. Dunks in the lobby being open early in the morning is a lifesaver for breakfast and coffee.
