I was in a room in the area that has not been upgraded. I sat on the toilet seat and the door was literally touch my thigh. Any compensation would be greatly appreciated.

Wow! Very impressed with this hotel, very efficient & friendly employees. Got a free hotel shuttle back to train station (they can take you pretty much anywhere not too far, I believe), loved the pool, was excellent & warm, hot tub amazing as well. The only complaint I have is about the pee in the toilet that greeted us upon arrival. The rest of the room seemed clean, though. Would def stay here again.

The room was average. The sheets kept popping off on the corners like they did not fit. The bottles in the shower were out of products (shampoo body wash) The gym was very clean and nice but had no towels. And when I went for tea in the morning they were out of hot water. The pool area looked very clean and nice although I didn’t have a chance to use it. Parking was great.

The staff is great and the rooms are fine but the pool area so so disappointing. It was dirty and there were no chairs for me to sit and watch my kids. There were no towels and when I requested some they never came. I like this hotel but it was a let down for the price

The pool was a little disappointing. They were low on towels both times we went, and it looked a little shabby. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the shuttle service was amazing. We took full advantage of it for our entire visit. They were polite, courteous, and drove us all over town and it really elevated our trip to Providence.

I loved how close the property was to the Providence Place Mall. The staff were kind, especially at the restaurant/bar. As I was traveling alone I felt safe and welcome in the environment. I was celebrating my birthday and was even sang Happy Birthday to by staff and guests at the bar. I loved my experience and how friendly people were. I am looking forward to booking my next stay there but for a weekend rather than on night.

Check in disorganized and staff not welcoming or really friendly even at all. Had no soap in my room or extra TP- had to ask for that. No ice machine on floor despite signage. Outdated- needs upkeep especially at this rate! Parking pricey for value of hotel and area. Hot tub not working. Curtains in room dirty

Fantastic to use the Pool and Hot tub. All USB ports in room were broken. Parking for $25 one night is too high.

Staff here are awesome very easy-going and willing to work with you especially during a snowstorm. Make sure I was comfortable had everything I needed. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable all around. Great experience I will definitely be back.

I did not like the fact that when I went to reserve my stay for one more day ...I asked front desk to send house keeping to my room to change the bed sheets get new towels and to change my trash I took 2 hours for house keeping to show up... That's a little ridiculous for it being a medium sized hotel you would think they had enough staff

The hotel was nicely remodeled, rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful and they include transportation within a 2 mile radius which was perfect.
