This property can be rated 0. Amount I paid to stay there for 2 night is not worth it at all. Time I check in Customer Service was horrible. When I was at front desk to check in I have the reservation ask my name that's it after that she did not communicate with in and check me in give me keys and went outside smoking with other off duty reps. There is lots of problem with this property - NOT CLEAN at all - Entire property Smell horrible like smoke, weed, Marijuana, Food, and much more time you walked in to the property - Requested Room Service - Did not received - Request Towel - Never received but I have to argue and fight at front desk to get towel - Smoke alarm went off every 5 min while I was sleeping and never went off. Call front desk NO answer. went down to front desk. Did not took any action or sent someone to fix the problem. I just left the property. - This property need to be shut down and renovate and replace the staff one who care for guest. - I would NOT recommend this property to anyone and I will not stay at this property at all even the management, staff, or resolve all the issue. FOR ME THIS PROPERTY IS DOWNGRADED Spent 2 night for the price I paid I could have stay in better hotel and better place. I was visiting my daughter at Brown University for the weekend and I had the Worst experience of life and worst hotel I stay and spent 2 night with that price I could have stayed in much better. I booked it closed to school

The woman in charge of the breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were also very nice. But our room smelled horrible and had damage to the bedroom wall. The waterspout in the tub was practically falling out, and when it rained the first night we were there, water leaked in around the window.

The bathroom wall was dirty looked like vomit stains.. otherwise the room is ok for a weekend stay not to far from anything beats paying over $300 a night to be in downtown

Other occupants where trying to come into the room multiple times and the front desk offered no help. The television was broken. They needed a credit card to chech in even though the room was paid in full and charged an additional $75. It was so awful and felt so unsafe with two young daughters in tow checked out a day early still trying to get reimbursed for the second night. Staff was a nightmare and were smoking in the halls themselves so no wonder why they did nothing when compliant of smoke smell was reported to front desk.

The hallway smells strongly of weed. There is black mold on the ceiling along the outside wall, and some ceiling tiles are water damaged. There are obvious repair needs visible throughout the building. On the plus side, the room was otherwise clean, and the front desk employee was very kind and helpful.

it’s was ok for the price i pay the only thing that i didn’t like it’s that the pool was outside not inside pool and that the ice machine was broken had to go down stairs to the ground floor to get the ice

Front desk and other staff were very friendly but the hotel itself is in desperate need of repair and upgrades. The room wasn't dirty per se, but there were stains on basically every surface and dirt in corners.
