This property was a great one night stay. The rooms are very large. Could stay for a week and feel like you’re living in an apartment with the full kitchen. The only downfall was the valet parking. But it was New Year’s Day so understandable that the wait was so long. Other than that, great hotel and even a decent breakfast.

We understand that parking can be a significant expense, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. As you are aware there is no overnight parking in the city of Providence and our cost for valet at the hotel is the cheaper option rather than housing your vehicle in a garage or parking lot overnight. We try to mitigate that cost as much as possible for all of our guests and consider the most convenient option as well.However, we understand that this may not be the most cost-effective option for all guests. Do not stay here as there are many better options. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The shower was lukewarm at best after running for ten minutes. Check out is 11am And when asked to have a later check out was forced to sign up for Hilton rewards or pay $50 extra. The breakfast was not worth the hype, with prefabricated egg discs and some kind of bacon - Honestly I couldn't tell if it was turkey or regular bacon. I will never stay in a hilton knock off like this. After only sleeping four hours because of the terrible bed, I now have to attend and all day conference. Beware of this hotel.

We are saddened to hear that we did not meet your expectations. My staff and I understand how frustrating and disappointing that can be, especially after a long journey and a full day of business ahead of you. We value you as a Hilton customer and take your feedback very seriously. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make your stay more comfortable by allowing us to relocate you in an alternative room that may have been better suited for you. Although the same standard of mattress applies to all of our guest rooms, I hope that this was an acceptable attempt to better your experience with the hotel.I will also review our breakfast standards with our Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure the highest standard of food quality is upheld for you and our future guests.Lastly, I would like to inform you the Hilton Honors Rewards Program is free and includes a tiered benefit structure. The higher your loyalty level; which is based on the number of nights you stay, the more benefits you are awarded. I believe the front office staff were trying to relay to you that since you are not a Hilton Honors Member, your late check request would not take priority over a Hilton Honors Member's late check out request. The front office staff is trained to educate our valued guests on the benefits of Hilton Honors and do encourage travellers to sign up for this great program. The 50 late checkout fee you refer to is a standard fee if a late checkout is not granted. I hope this clears up any miscommunication.Please feel free to connect with me directly if you have any other concerns you would like to share about your stay.As always, we value you as a customer and appreciate you choosing to stay with us during your time in Providence. Hot water didn’t work in morning while trying to take a hot shower at 7am. Front desk said it take a few minutes to heat up. I waited 30 minutes and then took a luke warm shower.

Great Night Away
Very nice room and hotel. Very clean and everyone there is very friendly. In great walking distance to restaurants, the Providence Performing Arts Center. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay again.

I booked two queen bed river view room through Expedia. However, it got changed to one bed street view room when I checked in. The staff was extremely rude and said they were not informed about the reservation. When I showed my Expedia reservation to them, they told me that Expedia didn’t notify the hotel about my reservation. What the heck!

Wonderful stay. The staff made us feel like family. The accommodations were well appointed. As this is an extended stay property, house keeping was not scheduled for every day but was available upon request. We had a family reunion and the hotel staff support our efforts to success. I highly recommend this property.
