Dear Mrs Vigneswaran,Thank you very much for your review and especially for your valuable time.I am sorry that we did not live up to your expectations.However, I would just like to respond to you on a few points in your review:-You did not pay as you say euro 1500.00 per night , but less.-From 12.30 to 22.30 we have a small snack/room service available for our customers.- Our TIME TO WINE offers 3 types of quality, complimentary wines from our territory, accompanied by homemade crostini.- we have room service from 07.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.- we definitely do not have a spa, and especially on our website and on the others we sell on, availability is never mentioned.We would have been happy during your stay to pick up on your discontent and figure out how we could help you, but unfortunately you never mentioned anything to us during the two days of your stay.I hope we can see you again at our hotel Cordially

I read carefully what you wrote and I just want to outline some situations: During your stay you asked for a taxi to reach Piazza Dei Mulini and we were more than happy to have organized for you the pick up at 10:15. We told you several times that the driver was waiting for you on the parking and that he couldn’t stay more there. Despite this, you went up on the parking with 30 minutes late. As concern the situation during the check out: You booked on your own a 20 seats bus to pick you up at 10:30. At 10:25 I called you in the room to ask you if you needed help with the bags and invited you to come quickly to the reception for the check out because the BUS could not stop along the road (it blocked the traffic). At 10:35 I called you again and another calling was at 10:40. You completely ignored what we were saying to you and you left the room around 11:00. I apologize if we seemed rude or impatient that morning. However, I wish to remind you that you were going on the parking without stopping at the reception to pay the bill. This is the reason why my collegue followed you on the street. I also would like to know the reason why you used the word 'screaming' when we were talking to you in a serene and calm way. Dear Mr. Arash, thanks for taking your time to post this review after your stay at Hotel Montemare. It is right that this morning you called the reception desk to ask to store the bags for the afternoon. It is also true that the Concierge asked you to pay the bill before 11:00am and then she would have provided to store the luggage for you. I'm sorry but you left the hotel without paying the bill (before 11:00am) and without leaving the key of the room. Your room was occupied by the bags and we tried to call you several time to have your authorization to move the luggage in our storage, without any response. We would be happy to know what you didn't like from our Buffet Breakfast as we did not receive your feedback during the stay. Regarding the bite of a bee, you can clearly understand that it is not our fault. Bee, mosquitos etc are part of the nature and I do not think that a bee bite can be a relevant factor to review the hotel service. We hope you have a great day.
