      Nice Clean Space

Property is clean and cozy. Great walking/biking trail nearby.

        Nice Neighborhood!

The neighborhood was lovely and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars as advertised. Ken went above and beyond with anything we asked him. The ONLY negative is having to go downstairs to empty our 60 year old bladders in the middle of the night. LOL Other than that, is was great!

          Perfect Stopover

This house was perfect for our family of four. The house had everything you could possibly need including cute patio lights and a little fire pit for the deck. Ken and Gabi were very welcoming but also left us to our solitude. Thank you for your hospitality!

            Convenient and Quaint

Coming into town for our son's college graduation, we needed a place for five adults that was near Univ. of Portland and not super expensive. There are very few hotels in the area, so we were happy to find the Arbor Lodge house. Ken was a terrific host--had everything ready for us and responded through the app to any questions we asked. The house is lovely with much of its original aspects in tact. Beautiful wood floors, casings and windows. Because it is an old home the three bedrooms are upstairs and the one bathroom is downstairs. While the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, the upstairs floors and stairs are quite creeky--again, you have to expect that from an older house. The amenities provided were terrific! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and all the comforts of home in the living room, bedrooms and back deck. Lots of items for families with little ones too.

              Ken’s house was great

My husband and I stayed st Ken’s house for almost a month and loved it! Comfy, we’ll furnished and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed or wanted.
