Waterfront Apartment with kitchen and balcony
Secure garage parking for two cars in the undercover complex carpark with the bonus of having a lift that takes you straight to the fifth floor - please keep in mind the garage height is 1.9 metres.

Once inside you will feel the sense of serenity, peace and comforts of an air conditioned, spacious, open plan living/ dining area that open out onto the sunny balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy the gas BBQ facilities, alfresco dining and panoramic water views.

The apartment provides a large screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full cooking facilities, microwave and Aldi Expressi coffee machine. 

There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans, the main bedroom is positioned on the waterside of the apartment and has stunning water views and access to the balcony, it also provides an ensuite with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity.  The second and third bedrooms are located on the street side of the apartment and both have access to the balcony to allow the breeze to come flowing through.  The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and is located near these bedrooms. There is an internal laundry hidden behind sliding doors in the hallway and provides a top loader washing machine, dryer and sink. 

Le Vogue complex has a beautiful pool which overlooks the stunning waterways of Port Stephens, a great tennis court for guests (BYO racquets and balls) and the bonus of a lift.  Located just 600 metres walk into the heart of town or Nelson Bay foreshore where you will find relaxing calm swimming water, DAlbora Marina, cruise booking station, lovely boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants - you literally have everything right at your fingertips. 

You certainly will be very impresed and want to come back time and time again.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.
