Marvel at the magnificent views over the marina, where luxury vessels moor. Here in the heart of pretty Nelson Bay, activities right on your doorstep include a selection of restaurants, bars, markets, live entertainment and events for everyone. Cruises and charters depart daily to experience the wonderful Port Stephens waterways which are 2.5 x the size of Sydney Harbour – choose from dolphin and whale watch cruises, parasailing, fishing charters, boat and jet ski hire and more.

This generously proportioned 2-bedroom apartment is a natural entertainer, with an abundance of beautifully bright, open plan living space boasting wonderful high vaulted ceilings. A real star attraction of this apartment is its open furnished timber balcony with a BBQ, offering a great alfresco space overlooking the marina and out across the stunning harbour. Here you can entertain or simply relax and soak up the views and beautiful fresh coastal air. The apartment is well equipped with ducted air-conditioning, a flat screen digital TV and a DVD player, and a full kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop.

The master bedroom has a king bed and spa bath ensuite, with a shower over the corner spa, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a king single bed. Both have ceiling fans, as does the living room. The main bathroom offers a bathtub, walk in shower and a separate toilet, and the internal laundry offers a washer and dryer. Guests will be supplied with one parking permit for free off street parking at the marina during your stay.

In the heart of Nelson Bay
Exceptional location right on the Marina with views for miles. Easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Spacious and clean apartment with linen and provisions included. It could use a little upgrade as decking and blinds were showing signs of wear and tear but overall we were very happy with our stay here. 4 Stars ****

Not what we expected
This is an unusual property. Mostly clean, but old-fashioned and extremely sparsely furnished. Lots of kitchen equipment though. Broken blinds, grubby lamp, grubby rug. TV didn’t show any channels but luckily we brought our chromecast & hotspotted. We couldn’t find the place at first, because they neglect to tell you it’s above a restaurant. Beautiful views and it’s very spacious. Management moved us after 3 days because they needed to get a plumber in.

Nelson bay marina
Great location with uninterrupted views of Ndola bay and surrounds made this an amazing apartment to stay. It was very spacious and modern, but needs a bit of attention to musty smell, dusting and cleaning windows. The linen pack is a bit of a pain. I should have asked for beds to be made. Also the key pick up seems to be a continuing frustration as there was a person at the key hub to help us get in and access the keys.

Too difficult to book again
This is one of our favourites in Nelson Bay, but we will not be staying there again until the owner changes their booking agent. They are a nightmare to deal with. It took 10 days & 5 phone calls to get a receipt for our payment. The key collection service (you have to download an app) does not work (we know of 3 people who used it & it did not work for any of them) & although the property advertised that Foxtel was included, it took until the 2nd last day of our stay for them to tell us that the reason that it was not working was that it was not available. D'Albora Marinas: Please change your property manager so that we can stay here again. Oh & there are no instructions in the property for garbage removal or general instructions in general or for exiting, but they do send you an email after 5pm on your last evening to tell you want to do the next morning! If you don't live on email you will miss it!
