We were saddened to receive an review of this nature. Unfortunately your review has been left anonymously, so we are unable to investigate the details of when you stayed. We can confirm that our pool is cleaned daily and checked regularly to make sure it is sparkling clean for our guests. Also, there have been no reports of fights and we do have onsite caretakers available for any issues after hours. Our team are always available and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay with us. We are sorry if this was your experience as we strive for 5/5 for all our guests.

Hi Andy, Thank you for your stopover with us at BIG4 Karuah Jetty! We appreciate your positive feedback on our friendly and helpful team and that you found your cabin to be clean and tidy. Our wi-fi is limited to 500MB per day and apologise that this also impacted on your stay, as we are unable to specify this on the listing.
