The staff might need to do more customer service. Should know and be responsible when guest asked for wake up call as that is very important. And never to shout out the room number of a guest for others to hear. it is for safety purposes.

All the elevators in the hotel were non-operational so guests had to use the emergency stairs to access levels by foot. Room had no towels which had to be requested for to be delivered. Request had to be done in person at the front desk as phone in room was not working.

I often stay here when Im in port Moresby. Unlike its sister hotel Holiday Inn, this hotel is much more friendly. I got early check inn and had no problems getting breakfast which was an ordeal in other hotels in POM.

Hotel is convenient and I have staid there quite a few times. However, when I checked in I asked for a late check out as my flight to Manila was late in the afternoon. I was told 2pm. however, the next morning i got a call from reception paying checkout was 12pm. I explained to her about the receptionist giving me until 2pm but she would not comprise. when i complained to the manager I was told the person was a trainee. That is no excuse for poor service. Gust be warned as this hotel as poor staff and management. They think they can treat customers like dirt because this is PNG

Hotel ticked all the boxes for a business trip and had access to the Holiday Inn facilities. Gym was dated but had everything you need no matter how heavy you lift.
