Very spacious cabin with everything to make our stay welcoming & comfortable. Very family friendly park, the indoor heated pool and giant trampoline was a big hit with the kids! Very easy walk to the town centre.

Staff were friendly. Facilities and rooms are a bit older than other Big4 parks. Needed to check more carefully before booking as we probably would not have booked had we realised what we were actually getting. Bathroom was old and smelly.

The room was clean and of a good size but i felt I was part of the office as the room was located next door. Next time i need to look closer at the accommodation I am booking when it comes to Big Four. The location was rather uninspiring for such a beautiful town like Prt Fairy.

Very impressed with this Big 4 caravan park. Excellent activities for kids. Motel room was great for a 2 night stay. Was clean and well presented. Staff helpful and friendly.

Good cabin in cramped layout
We stayed in a one bedroom cabin. The cabins are very close together compared with other Big4 parks where we have stayed. The cabin itself was fine. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is on the highway, but set back, so no traffic noise. Need passcode for entry and exit. Not sure how requiring an exit passcode would work in an emergency.

Lovely stay at Big4 Port Fairy. Cabin was clean and amenities were great. lots of things at the park to do for the kids, pump track was fantastic for scooters.

Good place to stop for a short trip (we were passing through on our road trip). Parking was easy and Port Fairy has some good hiking options. We arrived on Christmas day and had no issues accessing the property (there was an envelope with instructions). The inside was clean, and if we had an additional day, we would have explored the premises more (we didn't do any miniature golf or go to the pool). But overall, a good place to stay and would recommend it.

Plenty for the kids to do with the jumping pillow, mini golf, playground, pool, games room etc. It was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and its in a great spot. Deifinitely recommend to travellers stopping over or needing a relaxed holiday.

Great for kids
We loved our stay here, there was so many options to keep the kids entertained. We stayed in a shearwater room which was small but comfortable and much to our daughters joy were right next door to the indoor pool.

Basic accommodation with issues: dozens of fruit flys (or aussie equivalent) in bathroom, lights above bed didn't work, poor wifi, pool only open 'til 6:30, self-serve laundry cost $8 (a much nicer, cheaper hotel just down the road in Lorne had free self-serve laundry), & indifferent reception staff.

plenty of things to do
besides there being many activities at big 4, there was lots of outside activity. We visited Griffiths island where there is a beautiful walk, lighthouse and wildlife. Towerhill, close by, had the same. The town is lovely and people are friendly. we will be going back one day
