If i was being honest it was not clean as expected. Dirty around bathroom sink tap and tiled shower arra. Loads of motel rules. Seened like had to do most house keeping yourself eg. Empty trash. Wash dishes. For me i did not feel it was value for money

Thankyou for your review.We encourage guests to remove the trash from the rooms as it attracts ants.We have had numerous guests recently that have left all their dirty dishes which also attracts ants.

Stay was good and place was clean. Close to most things, worth the price. Just didnt like that the guests were expected to clear the bins and clean the dishes (what happens if the previous guest doesnt wash them well?) One suggestion is mark the parking spots with the room number, we had other guests park outside our room.

Great location for Port Campbell, walkable to shops & restaurants. Most close at 8.30pm. Bathroom sink & toilet was very old & shower good very powerful but had not been cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Nice staff, easy parking, short walk to beach, quick walk to restaurants or shops. Rooms are spacious and clean but could use some renovation , particularly the bathroom.

Good value for money, with excellent location and overall good cleanliness. However WiFi seem not working ('Connected without internet') which is not great in location with little to no data. The biggest downside was being woken up in the middle of the night by the room smoke alarm given that there was no fire or smoke at all. Hopefully is something that management can resolve.

Convenient. However, very noisy - rooms not insulated enough, so you keep hearing people thudding up and down, doors slamming. For the price, the room was slightly down-trodden - broken tiles, table lamps not working, a really rusty shelf in the shower.

It was just across from a swimming beach and the room was very nice and comfortable. It would be nice to have access to beach chairs and beach towels. But a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Overpriced and no real sea view.
While the room was updated and in good condition we were disappointed in our stay and we overpaid considerably for what we received. First, we paid a lot for a deluxe room and for a sea view but in reality we had a window looking towards a small beach and inlet. Our room was right on the street and we did not have any private outside space other than one chair outside our door facing the parking lot. Secondly, we had to make sure we washed and dried all dishes we used and the only sink available was a small bathroom sink. Thirdly, we had to empty all our own garbage too. We were only there for one night and based on the price we paid we would not have expected to wash our glasses etc and empty our own garbage.

We stayed just after New Years and it was VERY expensive for what it was but it was one of very few options that allowed only a 1 night booking so not as expensive compared to other options for the time / area. Very basic. Beds comfortable. Shower pan could have been cleaner. No broadcast TV only streaming from what I could figure out. Several internal walls showing signs of wear / damp. Very convenient to beach and city centre.

We only have satellite tv.As you mentioned, you were lucky to even get a room on New Years Eve for one night stay.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in Port Campbell. Staff were friendly, cleanliness was questionable. the bathroom could have been cleaner. We were surprised that we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. It was weird. However in saying that, the motel was full so we were probably the only ones this was a concern for.

Rather Old Motel in Perfect Location
A beaten up motel. Rusty sink. Musty smell. Poor noise insulation. Quite limited parking. On the bright side it is in the perfect location on the Great Ocean Road.
