Quite attractive from the outside view. For some reason we were given a handicapped room even though we had not requested it and did not need it. Since microwave was below counter level, it was hard to read keypad. Seemed to be for someone in a wheelchair, but the shower was not a walk-in shower. Room was hot, even though we set thermostat to 66, pillow was like sleeping on a rock. The only noise was from the elevator, but it was not too noisy. Wyndom usually offers a better experience. There were a couple of maintenance issues and housekeeping was not up to snuff. Pile of dirt on coffee table, unclean towel rack in bathroom.

Staff was so friendly and the room was updated and clean. Check in and check out was very easy. We forgot our dogs shoes in our room and called later that day and they were able to ship them to us which was so kind. I’ve tried other hotels and motels in the area that fit within our budget but this was the best by far. Will stay here again!

I would assume the front desk is short staffed as there was always a wait and when we checked out no one ever came to the front desk. Maybe some kind of system to call for assistance.

I went back because we love the cook to order breakfast at Penny's Diner. The price is not included in the cost of the hotel. However, it was top notch and the price of the hotel made up the difference. What I forgot about this location was that it is close to the train tracks and the warning horns woke us up over and over again, all night long.

I am sorry to hear that the trains keep waking you up. If you are ever back this way at check in please ask for a room on the front side of the hotel as the trains are not as loud.

Room was overpriced for the quality and area. A blinking smoke alarm or something was annoying when trying to sleep. Someone “accidentally “ checked me out 2 days early and then my credit card was charged again for 2 nights. I hope that charge is credited soon.

Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean. It was strange having to put a blanket in the bed from a drawer, end the blanket was fleece and not typical hotel comforter. And walls were paper thin, so could hear conversations from next door. Turned on bathroom air vent and it effectively drowned out that noise.

Was able to check in early downstairs by exit which is what I requested. Great location. My wife could walk to all stores while I hunted all day. Very quiet , clean and comfortable. I’ll be back there every year

Booked through Expedia was told they just needed to see the card. Handed it to the lady and she charged me again for the room. Still waiting for a refund. 2 days later there was no blanket for the bed and when I called to ask she said oh there is one in the dresser just use it. No breakfast available.

The amount of trains passing by the hotel. No food except for paying for breakfast. Smaller tv screen compared to all hotels we stayed at during our trips for the past two weeks.
