My wife and I stayed at the resort for our honeymoon and we couldn't of been happier with out choice of resort. We had a ocean view room which had a great view. The resort has three great pools, with a good amount of sunbeds. The all inclusive pacakge is a must if you plan to mostly eat and drink at the resort like we did. The inclusive drink list has a good variety including cocktails. In terms of eating you are not limited by choice of restaurant as all restaurants are included in the package, with only a few high price items having a surcharge. Nina from the food and beverage team was amazing and organised a magical final dinner on the beach for us, which was incredible. Could not recommend this resort more.

Very nice resort hotel located on its own private bay. Great for families and there were lots of kids. Although I enjoyed this resort very much I would of rather stayed in Patong. I was here to see Phuket area. I was traveling with another adult so the kid part I could of done without but not that I don't like kids! We did get a stomach bug and was down for over 24 hrs. I don't think it was the food but probably the kids. The rooms were big and spacious. They do have craft beers. They provide for a fee transportation to town but taxis are easily obtainable.

I booked a swim up room which was amazing. Very quiet and clean. Staff were friendly, dining options plentiful, and great variety of amenities. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Loved the ability to snorkel on a beautiful white sand beach.

When my friend and I were looking at places to stay in Phuket, we knew we wanted an all inclusive option — we also wanted the beach right at our fingertips! Our boxes were checked with this amazing hotel. Being a part of the Expedia one key program, we were upgraded to a suite from our 2 queen beds with an ocean view. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. We really loved our stay here and all the food options! Would come back in a heartbeat. You gotta check out the reef!!

Fantastic as always
This was our second trip to the marriot beach resort. Whilst it was very busy it was still lovely and the colleagues are excellent. Our daughter can’t ever get enough fun at the kids club and the additional teenage room is excellent

We booked a room with pool access and that pool was filthy every single day! Nobody cleans it properly. You can see someone cleaning it for about 5 min. Pool that size should be cleaned every day for at least an hour! I complained a few times to receptionist but they just didnt seem to understand the problem. I said we are just coming from our room, wanted to use pool but its so dirty, so much hair in it, bugs and leaves, she calls someone and with a big smile on her face proudly announced they cleaned it at 12 pm. No, its 1pm now, we were JUST there its dirty. Again she says its clean now. So staff can’t really understand anything. We escalated this to manager, Joao I think was his name, he tried his best but staff just can’t do their job properly! Second problem was that our first door neighbors were having the loudest parry every night. When I called front desk they said security is on the way many people also complained. But they would do it next night and again next night. We did early excursions like many other people so when you cant sleep at all nothing is fun. Many people complained and management just did nothing. Our vacation was bad. Being sleep deprived and getting skin infections from a dirty pool. I travel a lot and I know to tell a difference between a good and bad management. Other things that we didnt like is that ice cream shop and coffee shops are open until 6pm, there is no store on a property, buffet restaurant is like a sauna. Overall awful.

Loved this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful. Best part was the beach, which had great snorkeling half of the day and great tide pools the other half. Delicious restaurants. My only suggestion is that they have a cafe or shop selling snacks that opens early in the morning. No options for breakfast other than a buffet or room service; the coffee bar didn’t start selling baked goods until 11:00am. Otherwise, a fantastic getaway.
