Excellent facilities and the pool area is amazing for relaxation. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Our buffet breakfast had such a great selection and was a great way to start each day.

booked the executive room so I could conduct meetings & spend time with friends what a mistake that was, I checked out early & moved to another hotel. The room is spacious but very dated, Old TV without the latest connectivity options. The couch & Lounge had stains, hairs & what looked like bodily fluids, So we never really sat on them. Air conditioning was temperamental, shower had fluctuating temperatures. No welcome fruit bowl as advertised for the executive room. You can not sleep during the night as sound proofing is non existent, this room is classed as a City View It is on the side of the road where all day & night you have revving of motor bikes & disco vans with music up loud you can hear everything. I never slept. next day I complained to staff & they did move me to a less expensive room, a junior suite, after some negotiating they did scrap the charge for the food I ordered when I checked out. Second night stayed in the junior suite which also had an issue with noise but slightly less, I was recommended by another guest to go get ear plugs from the local chemist which I did and slept well. The breakfast was by far the worst I have had , juice tastes so artificial, pastries tasted a bit stale & dry like they have been out for a few days. The seats are filthy in the dining room. Checked out a day early & moved to another hotel where sound proofing was soo much better, much cleaner. I lost one day due to no sleep. The member of staff that helped was great.

This resort was amazing. They were so nice and kind, things were clean. No stains. I definitely will be coming back. Also has a good selection of breakfast items, and a nice selection of room service items. Definitely, get the room that has pool access.

The Delux Room I was in is very spacious, Shower and bathtub also very spacious and my view from my windows and balcony of the hotels swimming pool absolutely fabulous to wake up to every morning or afternoon. The hotel location is also great being only 2 mins walk to Patong Beach. The staff were very polite and helpful to solve any issues too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Phuket! The only issue I would be critical over which is not unique to this hotel but most hotels I've been to around the world, is to invest in better TV program packages, like cable TV or satellite for when we prefer to stay in the room and relax, I know this may be costly but hotels need to realise that the holiday experience includes relaxing in your room. Overall, 5 out of 5 for my Patong Paragon Resort & Spa experience.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in phuket. They have the most friendly staff and are always there at your every need. Everything is right there. There is only 1 negative thing i can say and that its very hard to cross the street right outside the hotel, as there is a round-about to the right and it gets very busy. 5 stars for sure.

This was my first time to Thailand and to Phuket. My only information about this hotel was through reviews and pictures. I was not disappointed!! The hotel looks just like the pics!! I was really impressed with the size of the room. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with lots of variety. The property is righy over ghe rd from the Patong beach! And also walkable to other tourist attractions as well as resturants. I will absoloutely stay here again and recommend to others

The rooms were very spacious but it did not have an outlet near the bed which was very inconvenient. I had a swim up room that led to the swim up bar which was nice. The breakfast was always good with many options. The restaurant food (lunch/dinner) was just so-so. The staff was very nice and accomodating. It had many dining options within walking distance and a 24 hour 7-11 across the street which was very convenient. It was also within walking distance of Bangla Rd.

The room was spacious, but showing its age. Two things really stood out to ruin the stay: The bed was 2 single beds pushed together leaving a gap in the middle with very hard harsh mattresses, and the TV chanel selection was very poor. Coming from Australia there was no choice for movies or sport, which was particularly frustrating at a time when there were several major sporting events taking place. The pool was nice and location was also good.

The house keeper came to tidy up the room but I found out that she didn’t change a clean town or bedding. The night manager was a bit rude when I asked for a new beach town and told me they ran out but handed me a regular old town that looked like rugs. Buffet is very decent here and the pool is very clean.

Good hotel, needs a bit of TLC
The good: Cleanliness, size of room, staff friendliness and efficiency, pool, breakfast selection and reception. The not-so-good: There is no Spa (Spa is in hotel name), wifi is poor in room, gym needs some TLC, pool bar has a sign that says there is service during the day, there is no one serving drinks at all, just some old bottles of liquor that have been refilled with liquid to look like liquor. I would say this is a solid three star hotel (international star ranking) and the price is correct for that, hence it’s cheaper than other 4 and 5 star options in Patong. Also, Patong is a party town and a lot of fun if that fits your lifestyle. Fortunately the hotel is far away from the buzz and on a nicer part of the beautiful long beach.

The room maintained air conditions power points not good at all 3 times changed my room still no good, water leaking from air condition a lot most of the rooms was the same in total waste my money and I had @2 rooms

Good hotel. Handy location, walking distance to massage, and 7/11 and restaurants. Breakfast was good, with many options. Restaurant staff were fantastic. Pool access rooms were great.

I dont know how hotels.com can rate this hotel 5 star. It is a nice hotel with a beautiful pool but it is NOT 5 star. I stayed here for 2 weeks. The last week there was NO hot water at all. I had to talk to the staff and maintenance about this at least 6-7 times and every time they gave some non helpful answer and never fixed the issue. I started the stay in a different room and got moved because the AC did not work in my original room and they could not fix it. The pool is incredible. The one restaurant that is open is very nice and the staff there are excellent. The food is good. The housekeeping staff is very good as well. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Good location right near the beach. But not having hot water for a week kind of added stress and discomfort. 4 star hotel is more accurate.

VERY old, but clean. Breakfast was above average. The big pool was quite disappointing. A/C is hard to control, old CRT TVs, shower water is warm, not hot. The location is good, but you have to cross very busy road in order to go to beach.

Reception supervisor and manager excellent as are wait staff in the dining room. Our junior suite was massive and well equiped. Expresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwsve, tub. Internet free but quite slow. Would be difficult to work on it. Mattress very very firm. TV facing bed but none facing living room. I was under the impression when booking that this was a beachfront hotel but the beach is across a busy street. Beach chair rentals including umbrella and table only 200 TBHT for 2. Suggest hotel purchase these and give out coupons for guests. Only 1 restaurant open. Very good food. Great prices. Room service excellent. Spa not open but sent to another which was excellent. 220 volt converters available at front desk. Shower hot and forceful. Hotel older but in decent shape. Clean. Would book again, in fact, we extended by 4 nights. Suggestion: Leave instructions for expresso machine. Have nice vehicles for shuttle to mall. I was not willing to climb into a pick up with tailgate in my white pants. Many flyers with reg rack pricing in lobby. Post discounted prices? Beach/pool towels in the room. Extra blankets on room. Extra pillows. Bottled water in fridge instead of on counter. More fresh fruit? Every 3 days. Booked 11 nights, got it once.

Resort was walking distance to food and beach. Staff were helpful. Room was a bit disappointing, shower temperature was very temperamental. Some days we would have to shower to cold water. Informed staff but issue still persisted throughout the stay. Room was also full of mosquitoes, slept with inspect repellent on every night.

Large, clean, spacious, room that is very near the beach. Breakfast is very good with a wide range of options. It's not perfect but very comfortable. If you are out off by minor dark spots in otherwise perfect grout, have to have fluent English speaking staff and a flat screen TV then look elsewhere. We would definitely stay there again
