Best Poolside Vibes and Bartender named Top

Amazing stay amazing people, met the most amazing Bar staff known to Us as Top (Bartender) poolside who was not only friendly but made our days relaxing by the Pool that Much more amazing highly recommend that hes given some sort of recognition. They have Street Foods every night Poolside and Steak Night. Breakfast every morning with such a big Variety.Will definitely Recommend PGS Cosa Del Sol Hotel to friends & family

Loved the huge room and the way the swimming pool follows the entire length of the hotel. The staff are super helpful and the value for money is excellent.

Stay from Hell

Beyond the fact the place is mosquito nest. The staff aren't friend, borderline rude. We are made feel like we were second class citizens... not sure if that is because we booked through a third party or we were not Russian. 3 night stay... no clean sheets or bath towels. 5000 baht deposit which is excessive compare to other hotels. Tried to get us to pay again although we explained we had paid online. The food is to be avoided... guests handling fòod and just putting it back. I ended up with food poisoning on the last day. I would seriously advise people to think twice about staying here.
