The hotel is great in the services, the foods are excellent. The room is excellent. The area is close to the northern part of the island, The surrounding areas are walkable even though it is hot to do that at noon. I am glad that I choose this hotel even though I didn't know much about it in the beginning. I definitely come back and stay at this hotel

We cannot fault the Wyndham, we loved our stay kids club staff were fantastic!! Breakfast options were aplenty the pool and surrounds beautiful!! It’s really well priced and close to everything we struggled with not many staff knowing much English but Tung (I hope I spelt correctly) on the front of house was amazing he could not have been more helpful pointing us in the right direction everytime he is an absolute credit to the Wyndham. we would definitely recommend this place everything you need in one place.

Excellent place to stay
We had an amazing time at the Wyndham. The reception staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We got extra beds in our rooms without charge. The free airport shuttle was a blessing. This is definitely the place to stay in Phu Quoc. The hotel had free shuttles to VinWorld and Gramd world. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. We would recommend the hotel anytime. Good value for money. They also did not take incidental deposit like most hotels. Thank you.

Great room, bad breakfast.
We booked a suite and it was fantastic. Very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Hotel is huge with over 1000 rooms, so large concourses. The breakfast was sub par. There were limited choices for a non Asian palate.

We have been before so know how good there water park was. Only to find out when we arrive this has been demolished and awaiting units to be built. No mention that the park was not going to be operating at some capacity. Also to much food which was meant to be hot was served warm.

Bad hotel
This is one of the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. The room was dirty, the pillows smelled bad. The room was booked non smoking but smelled cigarette and cigarettes trays were in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Check in was bad .. lobby full of people without masks. Long waiting to check in. Will never stay at this hotel again . Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

I am from the USA stayed 3 nights in March 2022. This hotel is the best option for children. My daughter liked the pool and there is a daycare option with a play area inside. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor play area. Every meal is many options so children with specific tastes can be catered to. The staff are very nice there was no negativity at all with anything. It is a very professional property I was extremely impressed at one point in my trip I actually thought that the leaders of the hotel I likely travel around the world to conferences. Because it reminds me of the best hotels everywhere

Excellent facilities and service. During our stay , we lost a envelop with value over 2000 USD and reported to Hotel. Eventually we had to leave for airport next morning hopelessly. Then the hotel called up in the afternoon to inform that my asset was found. They asked for bank account and wire transfer right the way. Excellent!

Great reception staff. Overcrowded. Although breakfast was included with our stay, we were not very happy with the restaurant staff for not being flexible with takeout food because we had an early flight. We only wanted pancakes and eggs for our kids, but they said for "safety reason" we were could only take "allowed" food with us such as congee, etc..Unfortunately, my kids don't eat those food and they were hungry on the ride to the airport. We ended up buying breakfast at the Airport Burger King.
