Great eco-resort! The cabins are adorable and the whole property is lush and green. Breakfast is fantastic. The resort is not on the beach, but you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant has some of the healthiest/tastiest breakfast options I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Few amenities, but it is not a mega resort, so that is to be expected. LGBT friendly. Overall, great stay. Very happy to recommend to all our friends.

The room looks exactly like photos on the website. Whole property and amenities are friendly-environmental and that's what I like about this resort. The room I stayed quite noisy since it's near to the main street but it's not a problem if the guest stays in rooms inside (mine is spacious garden room). Staffs are friendly and always here to help you. Would love to back in future.

My gf from China, and It is a popular hotel for Chinese ppl.... so she desperate wanna try it. But our experience was bad. The room they show us is ground floor, but it like a basement to me. It is soooo groomy one window facing outside tht you need to ht i wanna leave immediately. Dun even wanna stay there for a minute. So never book a 1F room if u go. Secondary the breakfast only got 9 choices for u. 4-5 are vegetarian... i really dun understand why they got such a good feedback in mainland China. Btw, the hotel is next to the main road... if u wanna have a relax trip n stay in Phu Guoc, better pick a hotel near the beach ;))))

We were disappointed with our stay at m resort. The rooms did not look like the photos as advertised, we were initially placed in a room that was dark and smelly, but upon notifying reception, Victor (who was great and the highlight of our stay —— thank you!!!) ensured we were moved to another room the next day. The new room was slightly better and didn’t smell as much. Breakfast was really good. But overall the hotel needs better upkeeping and maintenance.

Nice design, but smelly..
Very nice location and good design house. They allowed early check in, free pick up/drop off service with a good driver. However, room still has smell, restroom and bathroom share the space so a bit smelly, humid too. Also due to Covid19, they don’t operate restaurant so we had to have breakfast at M Hotel during staying. It was a bit inconvenience. If you want to enjoy fully in this resort, I suggest you to come in dry season, not rainy season. It will be much better for sure.
