City Oasis
We stayed here for 29 nights. We loved all the amenities. The clubhouse was very spacious with a huge flat TV, billiards, huge kitchen area, and large island counter. Our unit was on the fourth floor with a view of the inner common area which included the pool, fire pit, and lawn furniture. Our unit had 2 bedrooms which were very spacious with separate bathrooms and lots of closet space. The kitchen had a nice size island counter. The washer and dryer were in the unit which made it super convenient. Shawn was very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. The only complaints we had were the person above us was walking heavily during the night and a cat jumping onto and scratching a post. We informed Shawn and management. The heavy walking stopped but the pet problem persisted. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will most probably will come back again.

Great place to stay!
My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment! It had everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony. The building has great amenities, like a gym, pool and work area with a pool table. If we’re ever in Phoenix again, we hope to stay there again!
