When you return from exploring the surrounding area, slip into your swimsuit and head out back for a refreshing afternoon by the pool. While you are at it, fire up the private gas grill and throw on some burgers or kabobs, and have a cookout to enjoy the warm sun and fresh air. After the sun goes down and everyone heads inside, indulge in some friendly competition and challenge a partner to a game of ping-pong. For those who simply want to relax, a TV is available in the living area perfect for a movie night.

Sitting in a quiet neighborhood, the whole family will be able to enjoy this home away from home. When everyone is ready to head out for the day, shopping is available at the Chandler Fashion Center just two miles away. If golf is your game, head over to San Marcos Golf Course for a day of fun while working on your swing. Downtown Chandler has plenty of craft breweries, hip restaurants, and adorable cafes to check out as well! For a bit of hiking, head over to South Mountain Park and Preserve, a perfect day trip for the whole family.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool spa heat is complimentary, though there is a fee to heat the pool.
The gas fireplace is non-functional.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD85 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
