The Space:
Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom, a couch, and an air mattress. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, sparkling clean appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive.

Our suite is located on the third floor and there are two large flights of stairs to climb.

We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy! We provide wifi to all of our guests but are not liable for lost connection. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

The Neighborhood:
Whether you enjoy spending time inside or in the great outdoors, there is something for everyone in Arizona! Nearby popular attractions include the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden, and Tempe Beach Park. You’re conveniently located near main transportation routes, allowing you to access every corner of your destination. Your immediate area is heavily populated with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and more!

Getting Around:
Getting around Phoenix is easy with the wide range of transportation options. The Valley Metro bus and the Valley Metro Rail can take you throughout the city and its many neighborhoods. If traveling actively is more your style, the bike-share program, GRID, is a great way to explore the ins and outs of the area. Due to the popularity of the area, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a 10am checkout. Please message us to ask for a late checkout or early check in. We will do our best to honor complimentary late checkout up to an hour and accommodate any additional request for early check in.

At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
