Welcome to the Lazy Kayak, a lakefront home part of the Arrowhead Lake Community. This new vacation home has been completely renovated with a relaxed modern farmhouse décor. The Lazy Kayak is a single story spacious home that offers the perfect layout for a family vacation, couples' trip or a girls/boys weekend getaway. Accommodations for a memorable stay include fast wifi, relaxing backyard with a heated pool, kayak and boat dock, bumper pool/game table. Centrally located near Phoenix's many attractions.

You'll love vacationing here. The Lazy Kayak offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and 2 separate living spaces. Spend your day relaxing in this beautiful waterfront and mountain view backyard. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing on the loungers, kayaking in the lake or fishing off the dock. The backyard features several different places for guests to comfortably sit and relax. In the evening, watch the picturesque sunset from the dock with your favorite cocktail and then gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows. When you are ready to retreat inside, you'll enjoy hours of fun with the family playing bumper pool and board games at the game table, and when it's bedtime for the kids, the table converts to a poker table allowing adults to continue the fun trying their luck at some card games. If you are mixing business with pleasure on your trip, fast Wi-Fi and a workspace is provided for your use.

Location is ideally situated near many amenities including restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and hiking trials. With quick and easy access to the loop 101 freeway, attractions that are a short commute away are Peoria Sports Complex, Arizona Cardinals stadium, Coyote arena, Hurricane Harbor Water Park, Lake Pleasant, Scottsdale, Arrowhead mall, Tanger outlet mall, Westgate, Top Golf, Talking Stick casino, and Dessert Diamond casino. Wonderful location to plan adventures and relax at the end of the day. Nice outside space to hang out by the pool or take a trip on the lake. Clean set up with everything we needed including a poker table. Fun get away.
